We recently set up our Shiptheory account via Stok.ly and service was top notch and the platform just works. Great team and great product. We push about 500 orders a day through Stok.ly and we never have a problem with shipping. Highly recommend Shiptheory

MAXimum Support
The support is amazing. They always answer the phone and are very knowledgeable. We are new to this so we only know what we know. I phoned this morning stressed and panicking as I could not see my orders ready for producing labels. It was simply that these orders had been placed some time ago and it was as simple as extending the default few days date range to a longer range and my orders magically appeared. An example of truly great customer service. I've used ShipTheory for a large ecommerce company for 4 years now, and the one thing that makes ShipTheory standout is the quality of support.
Time and again they do everything that you would want a company like theirs to do. They pick up the phone, they take issues seriously and they go the extra mile to solve complex technical issues.

Steve was great when sharing with me what the shipping industry is all about He explained the role of Ship Theory and how instrumental they are when connecting platforms for a better merchant client experience. Moreover, he shared how a 3PL is better suited for what I was seeking, which was warehouse to store and ship my products. He obviously went above and beyond. I called Tech Support regarding an issue
I called up today regarding an issue I was having with shipping certain products on my Shopify site, and them not coming through to Shiptheory as the shipping method they should have been. I believe the issue was a shopify issue, but I was hoping Shiptheory could sort something out their end. I wasn't disappointed. Max answered my call within seconds, and once I explained my issue, he was confident it would be a quick and easy fix. He wasn't wrong. After a 30 second hold, he confirmed he adjusted the shipping rules and now going forward that product will always ship via the correct method. After an afternoon of stress, Max saved the day in seconds. I wish i would have called Shiptheory sooner.
