I ordered the Treadmill P106FA on January 6th, but as of today, February 11th, I have not received the purchased item.
Sportconic has sent me apology emails from different employees, such as Mark, Brandon, and Kim. However, it appears that these may be automated or AI-generated responses rather than personal communication.
When I called their customer service phone number, a recorded message stated that they were experiencing issues with DDP. Now, the phone number is no longer working.
Although delays are sometimes unavoidable, the way this issue has been managed has significantly worsened the situation.
Edit 3: The company has once again ignored my e-mails and despite claiming in their reply: "We will prioritize it immediately and ensure everything is properly arranged." Nothing has happened. I will wait one more day before I open a PayPal case and take matters into my own hands.
Edit 2: My Order Number is #15593325 since you have stated in your reply once again that
"We also want to clarify that our 100-day trial and free pickup policy are genuine policies that we stand by. Return requests are processed and scheduled properly once we can match them to the correct order."
Go ahead and answer my e-mails and schedule the free pickup as you promised.
Edit: The company has responded to my e-mails and offered to schedule the pickup. If they follow through with it I will update this review again.
The treadmill is very noisy, which seems to indicate a defect or the product is simply bad and the company uses fake reviews. Anyway, they offer:
“100 days trial, hassle-free.
If the treadmill still isn’t right for you, no problem: returns are free and we can pick it up from you.”
So I used their form to schedule a return and asked them to pick it up. All I got was an email in a language that was neither my native tongue nor English, and translating it resulted in some nonsense unrelated to the return. I tried to use their return form again, but it told me I had already submitted it, so I wrote them an email but got no response.
I'm willing to update this review if they actually deliver what they advertised and pick up the treadmill as they promised.

Choosing the Sportconic P106 Pro treadmill turned out to be a fantastic decision. It’s a perfect fit for my apartment living — impressively quiet, exceptionally stable, and crafted with real attention to quality. The best part is that it’s ready to use straight out of the box, so you can start your workout the moment it arrives.
Its compact size makes it easy to place anywhere, while the included remote control and large, clear display add real convenience. The speed range is ideal for energetic walking or light jogging, and even at 178 cm tall, I find the running surface comfortably long. I genuinely enjoy using it, often pairing my sessions with an audiobook for a daily routine.
I also have to praise the delivery — during the Christmas and New Year period, it arrived from the Netherlands to Poland in just 7 days, which is an excellent result.

Ordered 12/01, Still have not recieved the treadmill. Sportconic have communicated that due to bad weather there was delays with orders from 02/01 - 13/01 however it has been 2 weeks since said bad weather and still no promise on delivery. My delivery has been handed over to dhl and this has also taken 4 days and they still dont have the parcel from sportconic.
Their website still says they offer 1 - 2 days delivery time, they should update this until such time that they can fulfill this promise.
Their customer service also only provided a copy/paste response and no real solutions, even after we have offered to collect this ourselves.
Would not recommend this brand to anyone.
This company are frauds, they sold me a broken treadmill and dont communicate at all, don't solve the problem, don't return money for the treadmill

Long waiting time. The goods were ordered on 8.1. and it is 21.1. and the goods have not yet been delivered to me. Big disappointment. I would not order any goods from this site again.

I cannot give an assessment of the product itself, because the treadmill never arrived. More than three weeks have passed since the order, yet according to DPD’s tracking information the parcel has not even been handed over to them. According to Sportonic, the reason is challenging winter conditions? However, winter happens every year, and I haven’t heard reports of other (carrier) companies having particular difficulties.
When I was ordering the stated delivery time was 2-3 days. Now it has been 11 days package has not been sent and I can no longer get a response via e-mail. I have no idea when/if they will send the package.

It has been 12 days, still can’t receive my threadmill. They hide back to bad weather conditions which happened week ago and they complain about DPD by telling that DPD doesn’t prioritise them which should not be my problem. You decide to work with DPD (which is the far worst company) not me. Please dont continue to complain, find a solution and deliver my product

It's been horrible. We still have not received our treadmill even though we payed for it since the 8th January. It's the 19th and still nothing. I know there has been weather problems but they promised to send it first thing this week and I'd get a message today.... but NOTHING!!! There is still no movement on the order when I checked. I'm trying to be patient, but this is Ridiculous!! If I don't get a message saying that they sent it by tomorrow, then I'm cancelling the order. Let's hope we get our money back 🤞🤞

Ordered a treadmill promised in 1-3 days. It’s been over a week and DPD hasn't even picked up the package. Customer service uses fake 'weather conditions' as an excuse, but I live in Tilburg and the weather has been perfectly fine. Needed this for medical reasons (Type 1 Diabetes). Dishonest and unprofessional.
