Software downloaded onto my PC fine. But when I attempted to install it, all it did was close. I not only followed the company's directions, but I also received a phone call from a male employee who wanted to help me install the program. It still did not work. He then wanted access to my PC. That is a NO—first sign of a scam. Three times I requested a refund, and finally he is ok. Will never buy from this web address again. No software should require your PC's ID number for installation.

So I was looking at one of the software packages they sell and decided to confirm a few things and their phone rings once and hangs up. I have tried multiple times over several days and it is always the same. They have chat with an AI so i submitted a ticket with my name email address questions and phone number. no response over 3 days so far. I think it is pretty obvious this is a scam company and it appears they might be "selling" trial versions of the software, which is what i suspected and why I was asking them if they were charging me to download something that i was going to have to pay a subscription for after 30 days.

The costumer support is great. Called me back in less that 24 hours. Thanks for the Help

Truddle scam, I was purchasing Aspire Cam, Cad software. I never received the software and phone number did not belong to Truddle. And no response to email. Scam, Scam, Scam.

I had problems installing Nitro.
I called the help desk and they got back to me.
He got on line and helped in registering the program.
It is now activated and I'm go.

I purchased software that I could download and use immediately. However, when I received the link, it would not upload. I was swamped in a significant time crunch. I sent a message and got a quick response. Even tho it was a Sunday, a technician called and remotely installed it for me in less than 16 minutes. I really appreciated the pricing, but the customer service was the absolute best. I have already sent an email to a colleague and shared my experience and their company link.

I had a problem with the install. My fault, contacted the company and a tech, Christopher contacted me and fixed everything. I would recommend this company. Customer service was great

It's all super suspicious, customer support contact has @outlook.com.au email address, the phone number on the bank account associated with my transaction is for another business. I had a feeling it was a bad move, and it was. Luckily it was just $26, but this appears to be a full on scam. Someone needs to shut these people down.

Excellent company, with excellent up to date products - such as Adobe Premiere Pro. Support was super quick too, and had this installed for me in 10 minutes. Will be back for sure soon. cheers
