Ordered swatches from W&H, and was impressed with the quality and the free teabags! I had ordered swatches from other companies to compare with.
I was able to select the style and size of sofa and then order easily over the phone. The sofa was ready well within the wait time. Sofa was safely delivered this week. Everything I expected. Sumptuous,luxury at a great price. Good workmanship. I am in love!

Horrible company my matress after 5 months was just like a pancake and you couldn’t sleep on it but they did not do anything about it horrible company and total waste of money and I do not agree that you do because you told me already to pay for someone to come and inspect it so where is the quarantine hmmm you can only lie .The reason why I have decided to buy it from you because it looked really like you care but clearly you don’t and t the matress had 10 years quarantine hmm not true sadly and now you want me to pay

The Sofabed I bought is very well made and extremely comfortable.

Easy ordering and great communications. Did what they said they would and when they would. Delivered in time for Christmas as promised. Absolutely beautiful sofa, superb quality. Delivery was easy and the delivery guys were considerate and helpful. I would definitely recommend and will use Willow and Hall again.

I ordered the Elmley Sofa Bed in the hunter velvet fabric and have had it for three months. Delivery went smoothly, although one corner of the sofa arrived damaged. This was resolved without any issues about a month later.

My parents used the sofa bed over Christmas and found it very comfortable. I’m still getting used to it while watching TV, but it’s becoming more comfortable with time.

We wanted to buy a sofa bed for regular use and chose this company who make their products by hand. We took delivery 3 months ago and we couldn’t be more pleased. It’s solid, robust and takes seconds to set up.

Every part is well made - we chose the Buttermere 2 seater in plum, moleskin velvet which feels sumptuous & looks gorgeous. No one has guessed it’s a sofa bed.

We did buy a 10cm mattress topper for extra comfort and we get a great night’s sleep.

We bought a Gastard 3 seater sofa bed in Vegan leather silver leaf. I ordered a sample before purchasing and once happy with my choice placed the order. I expected up to 8 weeks for manufacture and delivery and was very pleasantly surprised when taking delivery after only 4 weeks ! I received a delivery date and time slot and it arrived as expected. The delivery men were very careful, attentive and took their time to ensure that the sofa bed was carefully placed. The removable arms were a necessity for us given the limited space and I would urge any potential customers to pay attention to the measurements and request removable arms if necessary. I am extremely happy with my purchase and was very happy with every communication, very professional and accommodating. Thank you ! Looking for a chair now ..

We needed a sofa bed that is also a daily use family sofa and what we have is fabulous. Willow and Hall delivered early our beautiful Milbourne 8 seater corner sofa bed early and we couldn’t be more pleased.
It is gorgeous and has transformed our living room and lounging comfort!
I had read all the reviews and noted some customers had a difficult experience with delivery. I raised this with W&H who readily explained some difficulties they had experienced with delivery services and how they have corrected them. The company - Route 1 who delivered to us were also exceptional. They were courteous and professional. There were some difficulties getting through doorways, our living room door is narrower than standard, so they removed part of the cardboard protection and with another part, removed the feet to give more room.
I also saw reviews about a bar in the sofa bed. Indeed there is, however it is structural. And in no way affects the comfort of the bed and mattress- just thought id mention that if anyone else is concerned.

I chose this sofa bed after lots of research online. The company seemed excellent as were the reviews. I also liked that it was a British made, small company with real craftsmanship. Not cheap but you get what you pay for and I needed something I could sleep well on for a few months while my bedroom was being refurbished. I’m older and recovering from a broken hip! I’m really pleased with the sofa bed, it’s great quality and I sleep comfortably on it. I struggle to open it, but that’s just me, because it’s substantial and I’m weak. But I’m getting used to it. It’s a great everyday sofa in the daytime. Looks lovely. A good website with lots of details and easy to use. Came in about 3 weeks which was quicker than expected. Good communication, good delivery, took time to demonstrate. I would highly recommend product.

Everything from the ease of ordering, order follow up and scheduling the delivery was faultless.
The sofabed, again completey met our expectation, and the colour swatch sent after we ordered, making sure it was what we wanted was a good touch too

Company are good and quality of sofa bed is good.
However I would never use again due to the delivery company they use. They are unable to be flexible on delivery dates, they also make you sign for delivery to say they are not responsible For any damage they may cause on delivery, as they don't have insurance.
I think this is appalling and for that reason would never use or recommend again, unless a different delivery company was being used.
None of this is made clear before purchase.

Really solid and sturdy well made sofa bed, so pleased with my purchase my 3 year old twin granddaughters absolutely love it. Plenty of sleeping space and not too high, I bought the smallest size and was amazed that myself and twins could fit albeit a little snug.

Everything was smooth and easy from start to finish. Love how you can choose the style, cushion type and mattress to really personalise your sofa bed.
Delivery was on time and delivered by a very careful team. They unpacked and showed me how to unfold the bed - great service!

Excellent from start to finish. A high quality well made sofa bed as described. The company have very diligent employees who know what they are doing. They are very easy to talk to and they genuinely wanted to help provide a first rate service - I was grateful to receive a sample fabric of my order, this was a lovely surprise and this does not happen with other very good furniture outlets, I have used often in recent years . The information provided about the product is excellent as well as the fabric choices the data for fabric is also available. Oder placed 25/11 and delivered before Xmas a smooth top class delivery. A pleasant experience throughout and this was despite my long standing credit card bank deciding to create failed payments for my order. So if this happens to you,it’s likely to be your bank not the company systems. This only showed me how good willow and hall actually are in dealing with enquiries.
