There was a problem with the Order web page, after contacting support regards the order and expressing my disappointment they then corrected the order, refunded the extra payment taken by mistake and genuinely tried to correct the order, also they offered a extra Fan Unit in a show of good faith and service for the inconvenience caused, many thanks to Bruno from Cocoon in restoring my faith in the company.
