You can return products to us within 14 days, as long as they are still in their original packaging. The only exception are digital products. However, during the purchase process, you will be informed several times that these products cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, I have not found a current order under your name, which is why I cannot trace your case. If your order meets the above criteria, please feel free to contact us by email and we will look into it again.

Scam or just greed?
I bought Steam Account from them for Arma Reforger. The page to provide me with an access with does not work for me. I tried accessing the account but I am not able to use the product. I contacted their customer services saying that since the product was not accessed and I am not able to play the game I would like a refund so that I can use the money to buy a Steam Key… FROM THEM!! They rejected and said that everything Works as it should be and they will not issue a refund for not working product which I have not accessed.
Really dissappointed and seriously considering maybe a lawsuit? Or contacting some European Institutions for help since I cannot use nor even access the product I paid for 2 days ago!

From your review we're guessing you've purchased something from G2A. Please get in contact with the site directly, we do not sell anything on G2A, there's simply a seller on there with a similar name. We are a Swiss company and solely sell games on our own webshop (wog.ch).
We hope the issue will be resolved with your purchase. For further proof, see our other reviews (e.g. 21 March 2023) from people with similar problems with G2A.

Disrespectful and rude
They sell to scalpers and treat genuine customers like crap in a very disrespectful manner. Not worth it at all.

Thanks for your reply - I’ve tried for a month prior to pre-orders to get the PS5 Pro 30th anniversary edition as I’m a collector of items and your service told me to wait up until close to the pre-order go live. Then I was told the device will not be available for pre order and after asking for information I was just told that I should check the site but still it would not be available for sale, only chance was to win one through the newsletter game. In the meantime, someone in Ricardo tried to sell me a device bought through you for 2-3x the price (I have the receipt that the person sent me). Sounds like you didn’t do enough to preserve your legitimate customers nor to fight scalpers.
Edit 2:
I got another person selling for 4x the price that also bought from WoG. Your regulations and measures don’t seem to be working if they actually exist.

Thank you for clarifying and also reaching out via e-mail, I'll get back to you there in a few minutes. We didn't have the PS5 Pro Anniversary on sale, because the received amount was so small. If we would have put that amout up on the shop, it would have sold out in mere seconds (and probably to scalpers using bots). That's why we opted not to do that. The people selling it on Ricardo and co. only do it because they profit of people actually wanting to buy those collectibles for the asked price. The best way to avoid this behaviour is not to buy from scalpers... It is never entirely possible to get all the scalpers, but it is certainly not our goal. In the end, we value returning customers more than resellers. We're sorry that you're disappointed about the way we handled this matter.

Scam artist busters
Some scam artist was using a philshing site pretending to be from wog selling fake keys on g2a. When i posted a negative review their customer service representatives asked me to elaborate and actually helped me with the issue way more than g2a bothered to do. Good people. Use their services!
