I ordered a complete outfit for my ski trip on December 30th. Since I live within Europe, I assumed the clothing would be delivered within 14 days. We are now well past that point. I have contacted customer service more than three times through various channels, but I am not getting any response. Track and Trace isnt working. I feel like I’ve been scammed and will have to go on my ski trip without any ski clothes. I’m incredibly frustrated by this.
Update: A day later I received the package and an apologies from customer support. Thank you for that. I updated my amount of stars to three instead of one because the ordered products look awesome and because their apologies. But nevertheless, communication needs improvement. Keen to test the products:)

On 29 of december I send 1 article for return but I still did hear anything and did not get any money back.

I was a little skeptic when I read the other reviews, so i orderd with klarna, but it came pretty fast considering it was christmas time. The ski poles and goggles look like good quality, I didn’t test them yet. I would recommend ordering here.

Customer service is absolutely inefficient. They do not respond to emails or to the customer support form. After 12 days since the order, I still haven’t received the goods!! Who knows if and when I will receive them!”

The clothing is of excellent quality. Unfortunately, the items were a bit too big, hence the return. The return process went smoothly, and customer service was quick to reach and the return was handled easily. I would definitely order from them again!

After reading the negative reviews decided to order the Gida 3.0 ski jacket using Klarna, but everything went very smooth. Ordered on Monday, received the package in the Netherlands on Friday through DHL.

SCAMMERS! I ordered Diego pants in december and they never left the warehouse. The pants were supposed be delivered on the 30th of december but they never arrived. Customers service is also not replying to any emails. Don’t order here you will lose your money.
very poor company. bought a jacket for over €100 for my 7 year old son early december. It’s now the 9th of January and i dont have a jacket and i cant get my money back. Communication with client “service” is laughable. First and last time. Feels like a scam.
Never order anything from this online shop, you will regret it!!!!
