Having purchased numerous Hyundai petrol tools from Gen power Ltd, over the years. I’ve found the products to be excellent,reliable and very useful. The aftersales and warranty service has proved to be the best of any company I have used. Craig wiles, was superb,very professional,helpful and responsive and dealt with any issues perfectly. 10/10

Craig Wiles has made the overall experience fantastic! Very knowledgeable when it comes to information on our pressure washer. We had a couple issues which he rectified immediately for us and we are happy with the immediate response and dedication to get the matters solved urgently. Took his time over the phone to walk through every potential issue and explained in layman’s terms to help us on our way.

Damaged hose

I had purchased a jet washer from Hyundai in December 25 and two months later with little use the hose was leaking water. The damaged hose was replaced under warranty and arrived today.

Customer Service As It Should Be

A very minor issue in respect of a recent purchase was dealt with by Lakshya at Genpower's customer service section. The way in which the issue was addressed was absolutely how any customer query should be responded to, politely and speedily, it certainly makes one feel inclined to return to this particular supplier.

Great After Sales Support from Jade at Genpower.

Staff at HYUNDAI get 5*****

I have given a 5 star for the help of the staff at HYUNDAI, I bought a microwave that when used would have an excess of condensation. 2 times Jade from HYUNDAI tried to get FEDEX to my house to pick up but with no show each time.
