Excellent service - great support

Great (and fast) customer service solved most of my problems very promptly.

The only issue I have is that their FTP server seems to inexplicably slow down on occasion when I click on a folder to open on my account.

I’ve been a customer of HBHosting for over 4 years now, and they’ve been absolutely fantastic. The uptime has been flawless, but what really makes them stand out is their customer support. Very helpful host and owner - prompt and helpful support

There's not much I can say about the host except that the prices are very reasonable (can't find anyone else cheaper in Australia), features are top-notch and the staff are beyond helpful

Support is always prompt and precise, just what everyone needs.

I'd highly recommend the guys - they are small, young and absolutely non corporate. You will get a personal response and proactiveness from people who live and operate business out of Sydney. The guys who love what they are doing. Rather than what you get from a large corporate with a customer service in Eastern Europe or South East Asia.

Ive been with HBHosting for a number of uears, since January 2018. I have really valued the responsiveness and attentiveness that Dan and the team provide. He has time and time again been extremely helpful and a joy to work with. I have recommended their services to many friends and family. And I plan to continue to do such.
