Scam - refusing refund
Unable to get through verification because the site doesn't accept foreign passports (but doesn't say this, just keeps telling you that copy is "blurry"), I eventually realised that this service is not suitable for anyone without a French residential address, but after 4 emails asking this question, not a single response, or to my request for a refund. Thieves, avoid.

Extremely bad customer service
Extremely bad customer service. They state in the chat function that they will get back to you within ten minutes but it takes days/ weeks. Their automatic ID reader does not work on foreign passports so I am forced to try and get them to do it manually. Because I am an english speaker they hang up on me the second I talk on the phone. I have already paid for all their services so I am forced to keep trying to get them to help me.

Great but don't trust the times announced!
Great support and handling of the case. However their system had issues processing our documents so the process took about 30 days instead of 24 hours.
No refund was offered, we had to ask ourselves and they were a bit cheap on the refunds. Also no commercial gesture.

Dishonest
Very hard to resign, respond slower than announced.
I signed up at the partner of Legastart (shine) and both were supposed to handle some files together, and they did not communicate well so that I had to do it myself. Paying a lot to do everything myself at the end is very dissapointing
