I ordered a ladies coat on the 14th Dec and email said a little problem it is now 5 days later and NO word from them at all this is a bad service

Return policy from hell
I received my light fixture in a box that was damaged and taped a lot. I had to cut it open. After that to return item, I sent it in another box. They refused the return of item worth 5000 DKK because it wasn't in the damaged box they sent!

Very good service. A part of the order was wrong but this was No problem to correct. In No time at all the correct item was sent. I was impressed with the good service and would recommend luxoliving.

I paid 49 DKK for delivery, which was fine — but returning the item cost me 79 DKK for a label. How can a return be more expensive than the original shipping? And why doesn’t the company cover return costs at all? It feels unfair and shows a lack of care for customers. I feel scammed

I've been waiting for 17 days for an item that had 3-8 days delivery time. Terrible customer service, slow to respond and with no real updates on my order. At this point I can only just hope that I will eventually receive it..

After a full month since ordering and paying in full a dkk8500 wardrobe we still have no information on the delivery. You can only get support by phone where they literally say: we thought it would be delivered in August, and yes-that’s what we told you, but now it’s not so you just have to keep on waiting.
It seems like a full blown scam, I would not recommend order through a company that can’t even give an approximate delivery dates.
