Competitively priced site

Competitively priced site. I appreciate you were honest about how long the goods would take to arrive. Yes, it took a while, however, it was a marginal inconvenience when compared to the savings I made on the goods. Given the delay, if the price wasn't competitive, I would have sourced from elsewhere. So, thank you for that.

Everything arrived as it should and in good condition. Good job.

Ridiculous packaging

3 small items packed in a gigantic box full of non recyclable plastic wrappings / air bags. It's 2025 guys. Heard of sustainability?

Customer Service Done Right ...

These days, great customer service feels increasingly rare – but not at hjem.dk! I ordered some LED candles whereof some were faulty. When I reached out to customer service, they responded quickly, kindly, and with a proactive solution – no hassle, no questions asked. It was such a smooth and positive experience. This will definitely not be the last time I shop with them :-)

Quality Service

Products were delivered as promised and in good condition. I received multiple emails informing me of the progress of my order (because one item was slightly delayed), as well as a clear description of what to do if the items were damaged through shipping, which I have never before seen, but very much appreciate.
