Worst experience ever- avoid

Worst experience ever. Read the fine print because what the salesperson says and what you pay are totally different things. They also charge $295 to cancel. Worst processing company that I have ever dealt with- I have 2 other companies that I use for my other small businesses and I regret not using them for this one- North and EPX's communication is selective. Changed fees after contract is signed. Expensive lesson for me and I plan to warn any potential customers.

I do not recommend this company

I was a client for 5 years. Sold my business due to illness. North Bancard was in contact with new owner 6 months later withdraw 349.00 out of my account for so-called free equipment. I returned the pos and they refuse to refund the 349.00. I do not recommend this company I have cancer and cannot afford my medicine now!!!!!!!

I would not recommend this company

I would not recommend this company. There are excessive hidden fees charged every month and over time I have paid over thousands of dollars extra more than what was originally represented. My account was not cancelled when I requested so they charged me my annual and monthly fee and denied my refund because they failed to cancel my account. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SCAM

Don't walk. Run away!!!

The worst company. They change their name from National Bankcard in an attempt to confuse its dissatisfied and frustrated customers, and to avoid the consequences of their unethical behavior. But, I vow to expose you and hold you fully accountable! They froze my money for 6 months, causing me a large amount of insufficient funds fees. When I noticed something off and called customer services. They were rude, obmkxious, and unapologetic. When they finally released the funds it totaled several thousand dollars!!!!

As to your reply. Apology is a day late, and several dollars short. I would have LIKED to hear you say "We will look into training and retraining our representatives", in the following areas:

Conflict resolution
Sensitivity awareness
Cultural competence
De-eacalation tactics
RESPECT

But, I didn't hear that. And, let me emphasize. I have no control over when you decide to conduct a n audit. But, let me be clear...NOBODY contacted me to inform me that my account was frozen. Nobody advised me WHAT needed to be done to resolve anything. That is simply NOT TRUE! Had i not called your office because my funds APPEARED off, I would have never known there was an issue. Here I am thinking I am missing a few hundred dollars. Meanwhile im missing almost $7,000!!!! Totally unacceptable. Your company is the WORST!!!!! Kick rocks, mixed with glass, blindfolded with NO SOCKS on! Im disgusted at your unethical practices, and your subsequent feeble attempt to minimize, dismiss and shift blame! Exhale!!!! I was born in a day. But, not yesterday and, definitely not......TODAY! How do you sleep at night!? Now I'm considering LEGAL ACTION. How dare you insult my intellectual rectitude! ¿? Instead of changing your companies name from "National Bankcard" to "NORTH"..you should have changed it to "SOUTH", because that's exactly where your company is headed! I don't think I can make it any clearer, while maintaining some measure of respect! Conclusively. Your company is going to H__ in a handbag kettle, aboard a rocket ship!

complete scam

Do not even get a quote from this company!! We requested a quote for them for our fees for processing our payments. The fees were a little too high, and we politely declined. Once they’ve been fraudulently charging every transaction on our account, they’ve somehow linked to all our accounts, all our customers accounts and are charging our checking account as they were processing our payments, but are not doing a single thing for us, I’ve been on the phone customer service. No one will talk to me. I’ve called the sales rep that we got a quote from directly probably 40 times and he won’t return my phone calls or do anything to help out almost $3000 from this company, do not give them your bank information under any circumstance . John Peruzzi is the rep that scammed us, and will not even give us the service of a call back to explain. Now they’re trying to turn us over to collections for a service we never requested never asked for and never approved of after stealing thousands of dollars from us

Great job

After my old processor decided to increase my monthly rate I looked into what North had to offer. I was able to get set up with a newer terminal for half the monthly rate of my old provider. Best decision I have made this year!

Constantly Contradicting and Withholding Funds...Thieves

North reached out to us and explained that they integrated directly with our previous processing company. We were told several times that all of the information we provided was accepted and that we should begin processing transactions. We did so and we then reached out after realizing our transactions were not in our bank account. We were informed that we must provide a different variation of the document we submitted, which was a direct contradiction to what we were previously told was "approved." This resulted in our funds being held, which were only released after multiple back-and-forth attempts to reconcile the paperwork.

Today, North called and told that our processing limit was a $1,500 maximum. They are holding our funds yet again. They just now decided that they need access to our past 3 bank statements or they will continue to hold the funds. They used the reasoning that they do not know if we can support our business without this information. I am extremely confused as to what this has to do with them, when we have had an account with the company they claim to be "directly integrating" with for 11 years. There have been countless backtracks/contradictions on what information we have or have not provided, all resulting in our funds being held. Our contacts at North are unwilling to work with us, and have been thoroughly unhelpful.

We just had to have them refund our client due to the fact that they will not release our funds. We will be switching companies immediately. I have never experienced a company as suspicious as this one. I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for your processing needs.
