Stay away from this fraudulent company at all cost! I can not say this strongly enough! The work was to be completed 2 1/2 month. I had to hire a lawyer to resolve the problems after 8 months. Unfortunately I needed to use the apartment so I hired someone to complete & repair RM's work. I didn't want to wait for a year. Apparently you CAN NOT fix any of the damage until a lawyer inspector has viewed it first hand, photos and video are not accepted. Photo documentation is not good enough evidence when you are faced with people who blatantly lie. I would have had to wait over a year to use the apartment. Below are a few samples of their quality of work. The glass in the shower was installed so the door could not close, it would leave a 2cm gap. The glass in the metal cannel that attached to the wall was not siliconed in place so the glass could easily be move or fall out and injure someone. They damaged the floor in the bed room with water or chemicals. They denied it was caused by them The even poured water on the floor to try to cover up their damage. The insurance inspector stated RM was most likely the cause of the damage. They plugged the refrigerator onto a wire connector causing a short and large black spot where the flams burned up the wall. They removed a door hinge in the floor leaving a 10cm x 6cm x 5cm hole refusing to fill it, fill it even after repeated complaint. Installed a toilet with a soft close seat wrong or damaged the mechanism so that the seat closed very hard. They would not fix or replace it. They installed a kitchen faucet without the proper gaskets so that the water drained out of the faucet and under the sink. They left huge gaps on the baseboard at corners. They did not complete the tile in the bathroom, when I tried to buy more time I found it had been discontinued. They double charged for items. They took over a year to do work that should have taken a couple months at the most. Their contract states compensation will be paid if the work is not done on time. No compensation was received. They did not use the brand of paint requested, they did not paint details as instructed. There was a sever lack of communication. They would not ask questions about how I wanted something done. These are only a few examples of the quality of work you can expect from Renovation Man! This company is dishonest, fraudulent and dangerous to have work for you. I'm lucky my apartment did not burn. STAY AWAY!!!

From the start to the end, the team at RM was great. They were transparent, professional and helpful.

A good company that found reliable and professional builders for my project. They also made the estimation and payment process quite easy and transparent. They ask that we put a down payment in a blocked account so the builders can also work without worrying about payment. The system worked well.

I asked Renovation Man a quotation for a project (flat refurbishment).
Vincent has been very responsive and flexible, and even offered me that an artisan comes to guess the total cost of the project before signing the sale agreement.
At the end of the day, I did not buy the flat and Vincent stayed very professional and understanding.
I'll get back to them for my future projects !
