NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE

sent me a bed Where I Lie on the springs and the top madras is non existing WHAT A JOKE !!!!!

I bought a sofa almost a year ago, and shortly after, it was defective. After countless emails and three months of back-and-forth (they tried my patience, but I didn’t give up), they finally said they would send a new sofa. After waiting two more months, I started following up again, which led to another two-month cycle of weekly promises that the sofa would arrive “next week.”

Eventually, I decided to exercise my legal rights and sent them a formal letter. Now they claim the sofa is lost and offer only a price reduction. It’s clear to me that they intentionally try to cheat customers, hoping people will give up by giving contradictory answers or simply not responding. It’s a shame that a company like this can still operate.

I ordered a desk despite bad reviews. It's the only desk I like after months of searching so I decided to roll the dice. They didn't withdraw the money for a few days. I wrote customer service to ask about delivery (and to be on their mind) and they said a specific week. I was contacted by Bring and could choose from several days and time windows. The delivery went just fine. The product is really great, especially for the price. 15 days from order to delivery. But I would still advise caution.

I would like share amazing service I received from trademax. As a customer, couldn’t ask for a better service. Prompt replies and amazing flexibility. Big shoutout to Davis H from their team.

wurse company ever! wurse customerservice ever! fake products (sells wood product which is poor wood quality with folie on it) also many of the products is on Vidaxl under a different name but much cheaper and free shipment. Keep of this company

Delivery time on their website and the received email order confirmation said 12-20 working days. Money from account they withdraw with impressive speed however the next mail says that the order has been changed and now delivery time will be after 45 working days. They answer back with the usual "sometimes the delivery can be ....." no attempt to help, choice is take it or leave it. Obviously requested refund when the money shouldn't have been taken in the first place since nothing is shipped.

They are very helpful, polite, patient and all speak English.
It doesn’t take long to connect and talk to them.

The produkt was supposed to be delivered 8-12 days, it’s been now 3 weeks and they haven’t even sent it. No response on email or phone.

I give 4 star because other service providers like Beliani and other few providers do free delivery and return.

Otherwise Trademax is so far good as per the ordering procedure.

I made the purchase 3 weeks ago and I didn’t hear from them yet regarding the purchase and I’m afraid they’ll cancel last minute.

Their customer service is good, they answered my question immediately.

Overall, a good experience I would say. I ordered a TV-table and a sofa. The TV table is really nice and qualitative, I'm happy about it.

I was however disappointed about the sofa, as the quality was definitely low and it didn't match the pictures on the website. However, I initiated the return within the first 14 days and customer support was very helpful and helped in the process. I got refunded quite fast, so no probs here.

I just got delivered the product after a long waiting time. It was so super dirty that I had to clean it couple of rounds. Just with water tissues. And it changed color as I was cleaning it. Such bad quality.

I purchase and there were some parts missing but they did not reply and did not send missing item also.
Hope they will respond me soon.

Delivery should had been to main entrance but it was sent to a pakkeshop… quality seems alright

My mom ordered a couch from them. On the web page it was like cappuccino color, when she got the couch it was Eggplant collor. Write to them ask to do something about it. They said it because every screen can show different color...They told to me that if you want you have to pack it move it outside then the courier will take it , and you will pay for the return. And now they are not even replieing
