EU14197347,

Hello,

I am following up on your previous response regarding my order.

I need to reiterate that this was a failed delivery, not a customer return. I never received the item, redelivery to my neighbour was not attempted, and the parcel was returned to you by the courier without successful delivery.

The tracking has now shown no movement or updates for seven days, and the parcel remains in return-to-sender status. I have no control over delays between your courier and your warehouse.

Given that the item was never delivered to me and I never took possession of it, I am formally requesting that my refund be processed today.

If my refund is not processed or confirmed today, I will proceed with a chargeback through my bank for non-delivery, as I have already allowed reasonable time for this matter to be resolved directly.

Please confirm by return that my refund has been issued.

Uggs are not replying to any emails I have sent. Royal Mail have confirmed they wrongly delivered to same address in the WRONG TOWN
Uggs should resolve this but are NOT COMMUNICATING
This is a pity since I have happily used them before with great products.

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service. The delivery company seemingly couldn’t be bothered to deliver them. After two “missed” deliveries with photos of random houses they were returned to depot. Uggs would not attempt delivery again and would not honor my original discount. I went to Schuh instead. Great service at Schuh and they used a proper delivery service to ensure the product arrived on time.

Ordered Ugg brand boots got Everau brand

Ordered Ugg boots. Photo and order said Ugg boots. All advertising off other biots had Ugg branding very clearly.
Mine arrived but are EVERAU NOT UGG. So not suitable for someone who wanted Ugg brand. Also can get Everau from Debenhams cheaper. Keeping as not worth cost of sending back (post cost Au)and high chance of not being refunded. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Don’t waste your money

Wool started falling off in clumps after a couple months of wear. When complained, I was offered a discount code instead of replacement. Left a bad review on the product on their website (which only shows 5 star reviews) and my one star review was taken down.

Do NOT buy unless 100% sure the size is correct. They say you can exchange sure you can but you will pay 46 AUD for the exchange expense and you need to buy your label! That is terrible! I have never had to buy my own label. I always had an option to buy a label from the company (they always have better dearly due to their contracts with shippers) or buy your own. They don’t give you such option. So now I need to pay literally more for shipping it back and for their expenses comparing to what I paid for the boots! I purchases the minis and the dive was wrong. I bought the size down and followed their size instructions. Yet the boots were still too big. And now ext experience with exchange. I will 100% not buy them again

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company. Sent wrong size then had to pay £30 from uk to send them back just to be completely ignored for over a month until I threatened legal action and then all of a sudden I get a email back saying I've been refunded, but got none of the delivery costs back. Avoid buying from these at all costs

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE - SCAM!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. Purchased via NZ Site. Too small and when tried to return had to pay to ship to Australia at my costs. I was then refunded $89 from a $108 purchase. Told that shipping not refundable, there is a restocking fee and also currency conversion. Such a scam!!!

Ordered 2 pairs of their slippers

Ordered 2 pairs of their slippers, one for me and one for my girlfriend, my pair has a bit of the lining missing and rubs on my toe, and my girlfriends pair turned up with the sole hanging off as it wasn't glued! At £100 a pair for slippers I really expect a quality product!!
Contacted Ugg via email, got a reply a week later saying they'd get replacement pairs sent out, it's been another two weeks now and haven't heard a thing! Emailed again but no response.
I've since found out their products are made in China now not in Australia like they used to be, I'll never buy anything from them again, absolutely appalling service!!

Edit: Ugg Australia (proper Ugg) replied to me saying I actually ordered from Ugg Originals, who from what I've read are part of the American company who have stopped Ugg from using their own name!! So I thought I'd ordered proper Uggs but actually got a pair made in China, which were falling apart when they turned up! Shame we can't get proper Ugg slippers in the UK anymore.

Dreadful uncooperative company

If you live in UK do not buy from this company. Appalling service. You will lose your money. Ordered from UK. UK Customs would not deliver unless import charges paid which was over £90 although UGG state that all taxes to UK are paid. They were returned to Australia. They never reply to emails. Fighting for refund although they have received them back. Impossible to contact. Dreadful service. Pay extra and buy in UK. Do not deserve any stars at all. December 2024.

Okay here’s an honest review of this…

Okay here’s an honest review of this company. I can see a lot of negative ones and that feels a bit unfair.

So - I bought a pair of tazz platform Uggs from this website/company. Paid £9 postage. It took a long time to arrive (approx a month) but they did finally arrive. They are manufactured, or at least their delivery journey starts at a farm in Australia. I did not have to pay customs fees as mentioned below. Unless Royal Mail send me this after I’ve received the package, I’ve not received any sort of customs fee/bill.

Customer service were decent, kept emailing my progress of the package as I was worrying it wasn’t going to arrive. Royal Mail did fail to deliver one day but it was fine, I just arranged a re-delivery when I was in.

Some things to note: these are the Australia brand of UGGs - they say ‘D&K Sheepskin’ on the logo underneath ‘UGG’. So technically they are not official UGGs from UGG UK. But they’re the Australian version. So they’re pretty much Uggs. I really don’t think anyone would pull you up on it, and you could just say you got them from Australia.

Now that being said, I was going to return them. But honestly the quality is bang on. They’re super warm, very sturdy and they look/feel high quality. I’ve had Uggs before and they have nowhere near been this high quality. So I’m going to keep them. Plus UGG UK is wildly out of stock of every shade and size of Tazz shoe lol. Given that the Tazz shoe is only £100 in general, I’ll probably end up buying a pair of Tazz from UGG UK and also keeping these and then I’ll have two pairs one of indoors and one for work.

Anyways, it’s really not as bad of a company as people are making out. They lose 1 star for the obviously very long delivery time, and the fact that their email marketing is spot on, but dispatch and customer service emails all have dodgy spelling. Which can generally make people feel uneasy/think they’re being scammed.

Hope this review helps.

AVOID

Order number EU9548024 . Returned Uggs Boots on 16th September, still waiting for a refund. Very poor customer services, they just don’t care. I will contact PayPal and/or financial Ombudsmen if I don’t get my refund soon. Avoid the company. Check also deckers Brands as Uggs is part of them.

Be aware of the shipping fee

I spent half an hour on the website searching and there was no indication of shipping fee being calculated at the end to warn me about shipping fees. I had trouble pressing Shop Pay to go the payment page. I had to try few times and when it finally worked, it showed £53 shipping fee for three items and I didn’t even have the prepayment and review the order page. I emailed them straight away to cancel after receiving the order confirmation email but the refuse to cancel it claiming it is too late and they can’t cancel the order. How can they process the order literally two minutes after confirmation? I should have read the reviews first before ordering
