Package lost in Springfield VA
I mailed a package on 1/30 to Springfield , VA. Today is 2/12 and it has not reached its destination. UPS is not what it used to be. My package has not left the HUB since it got to Springfield on 2/6. I have fled a claim and it is under investigation. No one seems to have an answer as to where my package is. I have family that works at UPS and the automation systems that they have and are installing is a" Hot Ass Mess". You still need human beings. CEO, CT you are making a mess of what use to be a trusted and reliable shipping service. Stop putting profit over customers.

Item worst decision. Item was a mini fridge it arrived totally beat up it was unrecognizable. I’ve been trying to contact UPS since I bought insurance. They have you on hold for hrs and a AI person talks to you. Still have not been helped and it’s been over a week.

Very disappointing experience. My package was marked as “delivered – met customer”, but I was not at home at the time. There was no signature, no photo, and nothing left in my mailbox. UPS could not provide any real proof of delivery. This is not acceptable for a paid delivery service. If a parcel goes missing, there should be proper evidence. Poor handling and zero accountability.

Very incompetent customer service who give conflicting information during the same call . Delayed delivery and fake rerouting request that they pull from their behind. Diabolical Company
Diabolical, why any company uses UPS as a delivery partner is beyond me? Failed to deliver to my home address, instead left it at a UPS collection point one mile from my home, this wasn’t even the nearest one? No communication updates, I found out by inputing the tracking number on their site. If I could give the company a minus rating I would.

If I could give UPS negative stars I would. They have delayed 3 straight packages of mine that I shipped next day air. I have less than zero confidence in UPS anymore, and will never ship another package with this carrier. BEWARE, if you ship UPS, they will overcharge you and still delay your shipment.
Delivered one of two packages
Delivered one of two packages, the other package the driver drove off with. No notice to me, I just happened to see it. I would not have known to check otherwise. Online it said incorrect address - then begins the long saga of online assistants and signing up for accounts to drive and correct (the already correct) address. After much stuffing around and waiting I eventually get to call a live agent who stuggles to take tracking number and repeatedly adds incorrect name details they appear to be making up or guessing. Finally tells me its all fixed but there is no way of me knowing if that is true. Still waiting for the package.
Horrible
Horrible. They never deliver within the time window. Many of my deliveries require a signature and I'm stuck at home all day because they cannot deliver within the specified time frame. This is the last time I use UPS, FedEx is 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000x better.
I can say that UPS has really gone Downhill
I can say that UPS has really gone downhill. I have had an account with them for years. Then in 2023 they stopped sending invoices. They are not blocked in my email, never have been. No one could ever tell me what the problem is. Tried multiple times to resolve. My profile says email invoices. This past year have had even more issues with getting into my account on different occasions. I got nothing but the runaround.
Now on the other end, I have had the same UPS Store mailbox for about 20 years which mailbox holders have to prepay for the boxes. They shut it down without notifying anyone. Imagine a store with 200-300 mailbox holders and no one cared to tell them it was shutting down. Where did the mail go? Who knows! I've gotten nothing but the runaround on that as well.
I have probably sent over 100 emails to resolve, attempting to make progress on both of these issues. All I can say is that they are VERY GOOD at apologizing, horrible at fixing anything. This "Date of Experience" showing is the date my mailbox was shutdown.
The last email I received from their rep: "Good day. I hope you are doing well.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your time"
This does not reflect on the drivers...... But the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Too big of a company to care about their customers.

WORST COURIER COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. Signed for my parcel, never delivered it, refused to submit a claim. $150usd gone because of incompetence. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Hopeless
Hopeless. Huge order and went to entirely wrong address. Saying it would take days to correct. Very sweet lady on the phone did try to help but to no avail. Use a different courier is possibly your best bet.
Unreliable
UPS has been unreliable. We recently took a couple of investment distributions for home repairs, and the funds were sent as checks via UPS Express. In both cases, UPS marked the packages as delivered when they were not. The first check didn’t arrive until a few days later. For the second, we canceled the check and worked with the investment company to send the funds via wire instead. Based on this experience, I’ll avoid using UPS in the future.

I was tracking the delivery truck on the UPS map, it was one house away. Suddenly it disappeared and the map option closed. Then I got a message that I would receive a new delivery date. I called the local UPS number and got a useless bot, I asked for a person and was transferred to a recording that offered a callback option, that I accepted. I never got a callback, even after trying again a few hours later. I thought FEDEX was bad but UPS is getting unreliable.
Never fails to disappoint
It blows my mind how a package can get from the UK to the US to Canada in 5 days, but they miss the delivery date by 4 days and counting when the package hits St. John’s and I live just outside the city. Top notch service once again UPS LOL

Package from Germany to Ireland but ups messed up and blames someone else, go figure . Paid extra to a company called bresser not to use ups, use DHL express bug bresser used ups. Then this mess begins. Ordered on 3th February, picked up by ups on 5th February @ 17.30. as was 2 day delivery you say be delivered on 7th February, but wrong, ups said be 9th February. But then turns for worst. Instead of going Germany to Ireland, goes to UK then Scotland then after 5 hours realise going wrong direction so back to London, then came back with lame excuse, wrong address , then brsser sent email saying going to be delivered today 11th February but then couple hours later ,ups says no. We sending it back to sender as couldn't contact receiver ( me) or sender bresser. Ups are beyond useless. You couldn't make this up how bad ups is . Avoid
Unbelievable bad service
Unbelievable bad service. UPS had to deliver an important valuable package at house number 45 but they offered it at house number 14! Ofcourse these people rejected the parcel and now it is being send back to Germany. The guy from the contact center cannot withdraw the parcel or pay the delivery costs back. Therefore we have to fill in claim forms without proof of the wrong delivery. Bad service. I will never use UPS because they cannot be trusted and their service is bad.

I Cringe When I See UPS
I miss the days of UPS being a premier provider - being now subject to the absolute downfall of service, lack of tech savvy, and lack of customer service it is a shame. I cringe when I see that my online order will be delivered by UPS - horrible delivery times, false claims of service alerts (when the UPS website no service alerts currently) - ordered Jan 26th single small Amazon item 2-day delivery. UPS delivered Feb 9th. the transport history data is a JOKE - the UPS team supporting 27330 should be awarded the WORST in country.
