No Vibility on my parcel
My parcel has been in customs since Monday the 9th. I have provided all the requested information, and customs have confirmed it has been cleared, yet there has been no update or delivery. The communication and tracking information are very poor.

I received a package today. I updated the delivery address. They don’t care about the customers if I don’t receive this package today I’m gonna be very angry. This package is very important to me. I ordered it for a reason and I’ve been trying to get to an agent since I called the other store and they will not answer my phone call. Aesthetics use any other customer service but do not use this company.Im pissed off

I expected a delivery from this company from Amazon and waited 7 days for it to ship and 3 days for it to arrive. The day it was scheduled to arrive, I checked the status around 6pm it said driver could not make access to the property. There was no reason why. The gate was wide open!!! I had the car parked on the driveway and it cannot be closed because there's not enough room. I checked my Ring camera and saw the truck pull up, sit there for 2 minutes and drove off. The person did not even get out of the truck!!! UPS status changed to 'Missing gate/security code'! I called UPS right away and not only waited almost a hour, they told me the same thing about the gate code. I explained again. NO GATE CODE. GATE WIDE OPEN. Then they cut me off. I called back and was on hold 2 hours until I gave up at 9 pm. Well the next day I thought they would deliver and took the day off. I need the item for my job. Checked the status and they returned it to sender. No second attempt, no take it to the office and I can pick it up myself. It's like the did it on purpose! Called Amazon. they said to wait a second attempt because they see where the delivery was rescheduled. Not on the UPS site I was looking at. BS! It was already on the way back to the sender. Why???? I dont know how to give a gate or security code I dont have!!! Amazon is holding my refund. Both UPS and Amazon Customer service are useless. I will not use either of them again. Requesting sellers to not use them and wont use them on my job again for anything. USPS never ever did this and cost so much less. Shame US companies have no standards anymore and one person can bring down a whole company's status because they back their employees misconduct.

What a shambles,ordered a parcel returned by UPS at £14.60,driver turned up one day early so I missed pickup rearanged next day pickup at a extra £2.40 paying cash at the door, then noticed not only the £14.60 taken out of my bank account but also £2.40 this was the day before the the first UPS atempt at pickup,now UPS sending e-mails saying address wrong so they cannot deliver , the address I was given was from the amazon return label ,have now contacted UPS for two days to sort it out NO HELP AT ALL,Meanwhile the parcel is in limbo , what a delivery service . KEEP WELL AWAY.

Delivery person says he couldn’t drop of package. I have been sitting in my home waiting for package all day. LIARS. He didn’t try.
When you call it’s 18 cents a minute to talk to a robot then wait 5 minutes to talk to a human.
Also the website makes you lose time create an account just to change delivery instructions. And the whole process is so long. Password has to be mega long. And verification code and verify again.

This is beyond unacceptable, UPS.
This wasn’t one package.
It wasn’t two.
It was FOUR+ packages.
And at least one of them contained personal medication.
Lost packages and late deliveries are frustrating enough—but when this happens repeatedly, and when medication is involved, it becomes a serious health and safety issue, not an inconvenience.
Customer service offered no real help, no urgency, and no accountability—just scripted responses and case numbers that go nowhere.
People depend on these deliveries for their health and well-being. Packages aren’t just boxes—they’re medication, necessities, and peace of mind. Losing multiple packages shows a breakdown in service that cannot be ignored.
UPS needs to do better. Apologies don’t replace medication.
Excuses don’t fix broken systems.

genuinely every single time I've had a package delivered through UPS, it comes 1 week later than expected (even when i pay for express shipping). it gets delayed ATLEAST once EVERY SINGLE TIME i have a package. one time in the summer it got delayed because of "heavy snow" and it was already in california like genuinely where are you in california because i have never seen a place in cali that snows in the summer. and its so annoying because why am i paying an extra $20 just for it to be delayed so many times

Today I got to know that my latest package is at a pickup point 30 min away from my house! I live in Oslo and there are pickup point everywhere where I live.

UPS worst delivery service
UPS is the worst delivery service in Strasbourg ! The tracking system always indicate "delivery attempt" but the driver never try to deliver he allways put the parcell directly in an accesspoint.
Poor quality services
Poor quality services, I beg any seller, reseller etc to stop using this company... They never deliver, never knock at the door, happen to loose package, or simply skip to throw package directly to a relay point.
I'd like infos on my latest package, never got notified, never got delivered, just learnt by seller than it has been waiting for days in a relay point...
I am now filtering like your staff does seems to do, and from now on, check who is in charge of the delivery before buying anything online... Why do Multicourses or Relais Colis manage to to their job correctly whereas you never do, while we, as customers pay the same amount for those "services".
Incredibly incompetent
Incredibly incompetent. UPS has literally one job - deliver a package to the house, as paid for, and it can't even do this. It can send you 20 emails about how the package is being delivered though, so you can watch it in live time passing by where you live, where you took a day off to sign for the package, where no one rings you bell and instead drops it off somewhere in the middle of nowhere so you now have to take a taxi and a time off work to go and get it. Then when you try to track it on the website, you are met with error message after error message, can't create an account because the notification email doesn't get sent in time. You finally create an account to talk to customer service, and it's a completely useless chatbot. NEVER AGAIN. Get your life together UPS.

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking. My delivery was delivered to “front desk” with a location of just the city, no adress was given. Luckily this had happened before so I knew where it might be. After getting in contact with ups to ask why this happened and why no delivery attempts are ever made to my house I got a response just saying that it appears the package has already been received by the customer. No effort to find out why my deliveries never go to my house and no effort to find out why last time there was no location given for the delivery.
Would not recommend and terrible customer service.
