Excellent customer care

I often shop at Williams as they have a great range and are especially good when it comes to school shoes. I’ve always had a positive experience.
However their Customer Care (namely Beau) is exceptional. I emailed with an unusual request and Beau went beyond to help me out. He was proactive, professional, engaging and kept checking in regularly. At a time when there are bots or call centres who must stick to standard procedures, it was wonderful and refreshing to deal with a real person who could think outside the square, make decisions and really did care.
I hope Beau is a much valued member of Williams. He is perfect for the job of Customer Care.

I recently purchased sandals from…

I recently purchased sandals from Loganholme store and unfortunately they broke after only a few times of wear, on taking them back to the store the staff were super friendly and most cooperative. The shoes were replaced by courier delivery the NEXT day. Could not ask for better service. A huge thank you to all concerned.

Great customer service

Called customer support after a small mix up with an order. Had very attentive and supportive member of staff who was personally tracking order (as one detail was entered incorrectly in store). Order arrived without any problems. Fantastic to be understood and listened to regarding order issue.

They don't give REFUNDS
I ordered a jumper in Dec which never arrived because they'd sold out. I expected a refund but got told I have credit of £64.99, which was the cost of the jumper. I tried to use the credit number to purchase another item and a message popped up to say the code had already been used. Fast forward to May 2025. Ive still not got a refund nor an item. The original jumper has dropped in price so I ordered it only to be told it was out of stock...why have it on view to customers if you still don't have the product!!!
I just want my flipping money back!!

Steer Clear!!

Please be aware that if you order from this company and want to return the item, they will just offer you a 10% refund (eventually a final offer of 20%. I ordered a trouser suit in Large, when it came it was a s/m. It was over £100 - I am going to see if my credit card company will refund me but it’s unlikely. In their refund policy it says there might be a partial refund if items are damaged or used which was not the case. I don’t know how they can get away with this but it seems they can!!

Terrible company

Terrible company, I ordered a blazer dress that cost £65 (so not cheap).
I am a regular size 12 and ordered a large thinking this would fit as it’s an ‘oversize’ look. The dress doesn’t even fasten, made with cheap material and quite obviously shipped from China.
I emailed for a return and was asked to send a picture of the dress not fastening…. Erm no! I was repeatedly offered a 10% refund, then a 20%, then after numerous emails I was informed if have to pay to have it returned to China and this would cost almost as much as the dress itself.
This company should be avoided at all costs and I will try and get a refund through my credit card company as this is not stated anywhere on their website and breaches trading standards - AVOID AVOID AVOID

In Breach of Trade Description Act

I ordered a winter coat. When the item arrived the material was such poor quality you could see daylight through material. It wasn’t as described and was packed in such a small package the coat was creased extremely badly and it couldn’t be worn. The company are refusing to give me a full refund despite this being my legal right as the item is not fit for purpose. It is not a winter coat as the material is so thin and if poor quality.

They sent the wrong ones and now there is no way to contact them to get the correct shoes.

I ordered a sandal and a shoes (Diana Ferrari -SuperSoft) online. I was very anxious on how it will turn out as I had not tried them on. The delivery was very quick (3 days after placing the order). They were beautiful and perfect size.

Order online from these guys at your peril. Arrived damaged but "not their fault" and i just have to suck it up!!!

Bought a couple of pairs of shoes as a gift. They were sent in the flimsiest of bags and were damaged in transit so the box was ripped and crushed
Contacted the company for a replacement (again, reiterated bought for a present...for my MIL no less!!!) and the response was "Unfortunately this is not an error on our part as this appears to have become damaged in transit"....of course they were, they were not packed appropriately. Anyway, they arranged the transit and have the contact with the transit company. Therefore I can't even claim from them.
Will NEVER buy from these guys again.
If you want your purchase to arrive in even a reasonable condition or want any semblance of post sale service when there is an issue, don't deal with this unfeeling and un customer focused company.
Lack of service delivered by the parent...
I.e. Munro Footwear Group that includes...Cinori; Colorado; Diana Ferrari; Dijango & Juliette; Gamins; I Love Billy; Midas; Mathers; Mollini; Mountfords; Silent D; Supersoft; Style Tread; Top End; Williams; Ziera so will be actively avoiding and sharing my experience across them all as the service is defined and managed by this parent
..and to think, the solution to you would have been easy and cheap!!!!
