Trying to return an item

Trying to return an item, the Facebook "business"chat doesn't work (it's just a bit with only a few prompts that run you in a circle. nobody has responded to my emails on how to return it. The chat on the website is the same way. Uploaded a picture and a video and still no response. The item is new, unworn not even tried in. I just want to return it.

Brilliant

To be honest there was a bit of a mix up with the ring I ordered but they did everything they could to rectify that, when the ring came it was beautiful but I realised I’d ordered it way too big and again they were brilliant and sent me another ring in the correct size which fits perfectly, brilliant customer service, they were so polite and helpful. also the box the ring came in was almost as nice as the ring itself.i would definitely recommend.

Way since beyond this date Sept 1st 2025, I simply ordered an opal Pendant &,14 KY gold necklace for our anniversary & my wife's birthday ..YFN lost this Pendant & necklace to Amazon Atlanta & .. despite my requests to recover a debit card charge of $ 317.12, I've been denied & assured a re-shipment of the item has occured. It's now 12/1/25 & they're just as lost as their lies & bad business practices - NO NECKLACE .. NO REFUND !!!! I'll keep trying but YFN Jewelry of China SUCKS !! NEVER, other anything from this fraudulent company ...

I ordered a necklace with a girl and dog charm arrived so late I did not like the quality of the item it felt so cheap my contacted to ask about how to return I was just messed about for two days that kept saying that they can't find my account or that I need to talk to custom services which I was already talking to any way they've told me now that they unable to refund me my money . Only if I was in China because that's the only place they do refunds not to the UK would not order from this company ever again I wish I didn't also found the exact same necklace on Amazon for less than half the price of what I paid... customer service is really non-existent it's like just talking to a robot or computer it just repeats itself constantly so don't really get anywhere with waste of time and money

Currently waiting for an order to arrive...

Currently waiting for an order to arrive, I have reached out several time to non-existent customer service when ive asked for updates (ive been waiting 10+ days with nothing so far) & growing more concerned by the day of the legitimacy of this site/ company!!

Terribly disappointed by my experience so far & worried its far from over as Currently they've taken my money, I have no item or way of knowing when it will arrive & have had zero help from their custoker service team (if they even have one!)

I ordered a pair of gold paper clip earrings. They showed a picture of a girl wearing the earrings, but when I got them they were really, really small. In my opinion that is very misleading about the product. I am not pleased!! They were not described as very small hugger earrings!

Non existence customer service

Wrong item was sent to me and I have contacted YFN support several times to try and resolve and get the item I paid for. No communication back from them. Chased it every day and nothing. Terrible customer service. Zero regard for customers. Avoid this company.

Did no receive my order, and no update or response

No response from customer service, and I paid for faster shipping, it’s been a week and have not received the item that I ordered. No response from customer service, and got 2 tracking numbers that have not update since last week, plus one of the tracking numbers is going to the wrong address, I’m starting to think that this so called jewelry store, is a complete scam. Do not recommend , go and buy it somewhere else

Impossible Returns

Bought a necklace for my wife and it was too tight to fit around her neck and the clasp was so small she could not put it on if she wanted to. I took me weeks to get information on how to return the product and then they said "send it back to China" and, by the way, you cannot use any of the major carriers like FedEx, DHL, or UPS. So literally, put it on a slow boat to China.

Terrible

I am so disgusted with my experience. I bought my item and paid for express shipping over 2 weeks ago and was told I would receive it within a week. My item has STILL not shipped and it is impossible to reach customer service. They told me it would be shipped this Monday, it is now Wednesday and STILL nothing. Never buying from here again and wouldn’t recommend anyone else to either.

Dishonest

I paid for express shipping which claims the estimated delivery date would be 06/03/2025 - 06/08/2025. As of 6/5 the order is still stuck in processing. I do not believe I will get my order by the estimated date and I'm not happy I paid extra for express shipping for nothing. The site is misleading as it appears it will ship from IL but it's actually shipping from China. Their 24/7 customer service is also a lie, as when I emailed them for support I received an out of office/after hours reply. I'm happy to update this review if I end up receiving my order by the correct date, but so far I've been less than impressed and I feel like the entire company is dishonest and misleads their customers. As of now, I will shop elsewhere in the future and I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to dispute these charges to get a refund.

I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received after my purchase. I needed to cancel my order do to personal reasons. They responded to my email request within 24 hours. Understood why I needed to cancel. They said the order will be canceled and fully refunded to my original form of payment. I was treated as well before the sale to cancelation of the order

Bad customer service

I have ordered a bracelet for my wife for our anniversary few days ago but never received any response from them regarding the delivery.
I have received a confirmation email and that's all.
I tried to email them or message them using WhatsApp with no success.
This is very disappointing to have such experience with the customer service when you pay a lot for real gold.
