Each completed component seems sturdy enough to support without fear of the whole thing falling.!
Received a Terminator kit as a Christmas present. Seemed like a clever model made from Radom bits of hardware until I started assembling it and found it was missing a few small m2 screws. I contacted support with all of the information I had, and pointed out that as it was a gift, I did not have an order number. Other than the automated response I heard nothing for 4 weeks, then a request for the order number. I again pointed out it was a gift. A week later another request for an order number.
After a multi-hour build, there is a real sense of success as you click the last tab into position.
In my years of model making, this is the first time I’ve seen such detailed internal structural bracing.
The satisfaction of seeing the skeletal frame slowly gain volume and skin is quite addictive.
Fantastic quality if all the parts come. Sent an email to request missing parts, I listed down missing part numbers and requested them. I waited 6 weeks for an email reply requesting I take a photo of the bag with the missing parts????
Unbelievable
After seeing his T-800, my friend suggested Mostarle, and I'm glad I did because the metal thickness is excellent.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but the customer service experience here has been extremely frustrating.
I contacted the company within the stated return period to request a return, so I have followed the correct process and acted within the allowed timeframe. However, despite sending my request in time, I have received nothing but automated responses saying they are busy and that someone will get back to me “soon”. No actual support, no return instructions, and no meaningful communication.
It should not be this difficult to exercise basic consumer rights. Delaying responses while the return window passes feels unfair and unprofessional. Customers should not have to chase repeatedly just to get a simple return processed.
The product itself may be inexpensive, but that should not mean customer service standards are poor. At the moment, I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you are prepared for minimal aftersales support.
I hope the company improves its communication and handles legitimate customer requests more responsibly going forward.
Handling the cold metal parts feels much more substantial than working with resin or foam.
The compact size of the finished piece makes it easy to find space for it on a crowded mantle or desk.
It’s a clean hobby; no sanding, painting, or glue fumes to deal with at my dining table.
It's a challenging build that calls for concentration, which makes it a useful exercise for patience and mindfulness.
I placed an order in December for 3 items, of which only 2 arrived. I've tried emailing, calling and using the contact us section on their website but no one has responded - I either want the item sending that is missing or the money back for the item that hasn't arrived. Looks like reclaiming through my bank is the only option
Unlike wooden puzzles, these metal joints stay locked once bent, requiring no adhesive whatsoever.
A tactile texture that resembles actual machinery and architecture is produced by the surface etching.
The metal sheets' methodical numbering system, which removes uncertainty during part retrieval, is something I valued.
Once assembled, the model won't slump under its own weight thanks to the reinforced joints.
2 products bought for Christmas 2025. On opening, went through contents thoroughly as instructed and found missing nuts, essential obviously to hold everything together.
5 emails, several attempts to contact via different avenues and absolutely no return correspondence. Every reply automated saying "busy period and will get to you soon".
However, now the website offering the next season sales and still selling their incomplete sets to the public.
Don't buy, you have a 1 in 10 chance of happiness, but higher chance of upset and disappointment.
The process of transforming a flat sheet into a complex 3D shape remains a fascinating engineering feat.
It requires steady hands and a good set of tweezers, offering a rewarding challenge for hobbyists.
