Zeffy was great!! Easy to use and manage. Coming back again next yer.
My work for a tiny nonprofit….
I work with a small nonprofit and everyone who works here is a volunteer. For our organization, we would wind up paying them much more in monthly fees than PayPal takes out for donations.
Hard pass, but the girl I spoke to on the phone was delightful nonetheless. That’s why they got a two instead of a one.

Zeffy makes everything easy
Zeffy makes everything easy. We have had much success with Zeffy, and it's thorough and easy to use platform. Reporting is a breeze, and everything is so detailed.
Easy, helpful and lots of great extras
Zeffy is easy to use, always works and they’re so helpful! We switched from another payment platform and never looked back. Lots of great extras like email blasts so we can keep in touch with our community. Just recommended Zeffy to another non profit today. They’re super!
The platform was very user friendly
The platform was very user friendly. It also took me out as the middleman for collecting the money from ticket sales.
Holding Donations were made to Black Line…
Donations were made to Black Line Guardian Fund for the security of Nick Shirley, and others. The funds are being held. Over 100k. All documentation has been provided that was requested yet still they hold funds. Account clearly shows the donation money there but they find excuse after excuse not to release. Why would they do if not for their own gain and agenda? I would NEVER do business with this company!

Zeffy is a multi-tool for my nonprofit
Zeffy is a multi-tool for my nonprofit. Easy to use, donors love it, and (not for nothing) free.
Ease of use and stability!!!!!
Success for Charity Auction Ticketing
We had a charity auction and needed way to accept payments for donations and take ticket payments on-line. Zeffy worked great for us including providing a QR code and a beautiful receipt for donors. We recommend Zeffy.
Overall
Overall, I think well of Zeffy as far as the services provided. I am disappointed with the automatic 17% option transaction add-on. I understand that this amount can be changed to any amount (including 0), but users don't know from any information that Zeffy provides. The user knows they can make changes only if told by an external party. 17% is a very high percentage. Actual transaction fees are generally 4% to 5%. Zeffy's optional automatic add-on should be 6% at the most.
Also, for the membership option, there needs to be a way to for multiple months, not only 1 month.
It was just great that Zeffy did most…
It was just great that Zeffy did most of the work for us and we didn’t have to do much. It’s sent out thank you notes and also receipts to our donors. This platform was almost effortless. Save me a lot of time and energy.

When I went to another site, I wasted up to a month of a half, trying to learn and get answers
Zeffy has been easy to use
Zeffy has been easy to use, easy to set up. I love that it sends thank you emails out and tax info. zeffy has taken a lot of stress off of me and my non profit work.
