Delivery no show

I ordered some Christmas presents from them on 30/11/2024 and by 16/12 I had not received them not any email explaining why they are late. Complete silence. They're not answering their phones, their chatbot isn't working and they take 3-5 working days to answer an email. Taking money and not supplying goods seems like an easy money-maker to me too.

I have had a look at your account and the first email we have from you is from yesterday, which has been responded to.

Unfortunately, this time of year delays do happen so we just ask our customers for their patience whilst our team get through the emails and calls.

Your order has been replaced on a priority delivery and we have contacted the courier to see what caused the delay.
