The quality at Baukjen is great for the price and I take their ethical promises seriously. Their customer service is excellent and items were dispatched on time, and any returns were handled quickly and efficiently. I now have a lovely, lightweight cotton dress for my holiday, thank you!

I've been using Medik8 products for a…

I've been using Medik8 products for a while and they're good. Usually their customer support is too but today an expensive order of mine arrived by standard Royal Mail, who left the parcel in our front garden for all to see. Obviously it's gone but Medik8 should have sent a parcel of such value with a more secure service, requiring a signature at the very least. Not sure I'd order from a company this uncaring again.

I ordered a couple of items from this…

I ordered a couple of items from this company on December 8th 2025 and received a confirmation email. Ten days later, not a word and no sign that the parcel will arrive in time for the holidays. The contact information produces a no-entry sign when hovered over with a mouse and product reviews were not accepted having 'already been reviewed'. On my current experience I'd suggest maybe another present.

I ordered a makeup bag from Elizabeth…

I ordered a makeup bag from Elizabeth Scarlett and received a normal, large pouch, not even with the same design I picked. I wrote to the customer service department asking for help on how to proceed but days later - no response. On line there doesn't appear to be a free returns service, so I will have to pay to return an item I didn't order. Their stuff is gorgeous, but the hassle isn't worth it.

I am very fussy about using companies that respond to customers and Medik8 seem to be excellent at this. I posted a question on a Saturday, expecting a response on the Monday, but got a helpful reply on the Sunday. On top of this, they make and sell excellent products and my daughter and I have switched our skincare to this excellent UK B Corp.

Reese and Ben came today to repair our 23-year-old awning. They were polite, cheerful and helpful, which is always lovely. I was also impressed that the products made by this company ere deemed repairable rather than disposable, even after 23 years. Overall, the best experience possible with any company. Thank you.

Unhelpful company

Hopeless company. I placed an order and received a vague response that it would be posted 5 days hence, no clue about delivery. There is no customer service, just dictated problems they allow you to enquire about by some form of messenger service. You're not allowed to ask about delivery dates. Don't get trapped into ordering from this company. There's no guarantee when your goods will arrive and no obvious signs of help if they don't.
They in fact replied to my email almost immediately but instead of giving me a delivery date they cancelled the order, which is fine. This just isn't a helpful way of trying to buy things you need.

Delivery no show

I ordered some Christmas presents from them on 30/11/2024 and by 16/12 I had not received them not any email explaining why they are late. Complete silence. They're not answering their phones, their chatbot isn't working and they take 3-5 working days to answer an email. Taking money and not supplying goods seems like an easy money-maker to me too.

I bought a pair of velvet trousers

I bought a pair of velvet trousers. The fit was fab and the quality was really excellent. I would have preferred a brighter colour, but I do understand that in winter people tend to prefer more muted colours. The service was also prompt and excellent. I wish them well.

My new phone was mess and nothing…

My new phone was mess and nothing worked so EE online tested it and told me to take it to a shop. The Westfield shop in Shepherd Bush was the most convenient so I took it there. They took my phone in, returned it to factory settings and gave it back to me saying there was nothing wrong with it. They didn't save anything on the phone so they lost my data, my photographs, some of my apps and functionality. They had the phone for 20 minutes. EE online provides excellent service and that is the only reason to stay with EE, but if your phone goes wrong, go to the manufacturer. EE really don't give a damn about you and will just make your problems worse.

Stringberry cases are lovely and durable so we knew what we wanted for our phones, but we were travelling so time was short and we had new model phones. But their amazing customer service worked really well and they made us the cases we wanted and shipped them in record time. Thank you Stringberry!

Never book with third parties

Never book with third parties. They will not help you when things go wrong. I've learned this lesson many times so I'm as cross with myself as I am with Flightnetwork for not helping me now. I booked through them to fly from Denmark to London but I am snowed in and can't get to the airport. Flightnetwork simply told me that according to the rules I couldn't change my flight. So I called KLM and they helped - they didn't have to, but they did. Just DON'T E V E R book with a third party. They just want to take your money. They have no interest in helping you when there's a problem. They have your money so why bother?

I booked with this company by accident…

I booked with this company by accident - the name is misleading and I thought I was booking direct with the theatre. I now am very sick with Covid and they won't let me move the tickets saying the theatre won't allow this but I know that ATG would have moved the tickets. Be careful and DO NOT USE this service.
Their reply is a little disingenuous. The reason I prefer to book directly with venues is they have no problem switching tickets around if they have the space. It makes no difference to them if they have two free seats on a Tuesday or a Wednesday. TodayTix put me off booking services by highlighting this problem so I was very distressed to find that The Box Office was actually NOT the actual theatre box office. As I say. Make sure you book directly with the theatre to avoid this kind of problem in the future.

I bought 2 backpacks from Nordace for a…

I bought 2 backpacks from Nordace for a month-long trip but they didn't arrive in time. My husband asked them for a return and refund and they have consistently refused. So we have two rzther tacky looking Nordace bags unused. I did but a third one from Amazon and took it on the trip. I got caught in the rain on one walk and the bag became saturated inside. Avoid this company and their poor-quality products.

Regarding your statement, your order was delivered to you in the promised timeframe. There was no delay involved for your delivery.
The orders can be returned within 30 days after the delivery date.
We apologize but it's too late to return your order.
About the backpacks, our products are made of water-resistant fabric which are well protected in light rain. For heavy raining we recommend to add a matching raincover to be fully protected.
