Reconsider your awful new policy

Lidl has introduced a new measure where you’re essentially stuck in the store unless you scan your receipt. As a regular customer, it feels unfair to be treated with distrust because of a few bad apples. I’d suggest focusing on improving staff training and using security personnel effectively to prevent shoplifting, rather than relying on technology that frustrates loyal customers like me.
