Constantly lowering interest rates

I opened my TSB account very recently and they are already lowering the interest rate. Because of the fact that it's an account where you'll be penalised for taking out your money, I'm now gonna miss out on the interest for however long because I now need to move my money out of that account into a new ISA, because they're absolutely incompetent who just can't leave things the way they are. I just opened the account and you lower the interest rate immediately. That is the most frustrating thing.

Reconsider your awful new policy

Lidl has introduced a new measure where you’re essentially stuck in the store unless you scan your receipt. As a regular customer, it feels unfair to be treated with distrust because of a few bad apples. I’d suggest focusing on improving staff training and using security personnel effectively to prevent shoplifting, rather than relying on technology that frustrates loyal customers like me.

If you like queuing then you'll love thorpe park...

Corporate greed at its finest. If you like queuing then you'll love thorpe park. 1 hour and 35 minutes to queue for a 1 minute long ride - that ended up being rubbish. And that's the standard across rides. The park is only open 8 hours, so that is four rides a day... you do the math. Not worth it. They oversell tickets by FAR too much, terrible experience. Do not reccomend. Mental torture queuing for such a ridiculous amount of time.

THEY TRICK YOU INTO paying for premium…

THEY TRICK YOU INTO paying for premium so you don't receive ads. But the amount of ads they put into podcasts etc that they are now forcing ads on you STILL even though you are paying them monthly. Ridiculous. Bad user experience

no communication when you need it, they need to put in place an actual contact centre you can speak with to resolve your issues not just "help forms" that you fill in and never receive a response to

The adverts are beyond a joke now

The adverts are beyond a joke now. Constant throughout the video. More ads than video. Terrible user experience. Ads that pop up and cover the comments as you're trying to read them. Ads that pop up all throughout the video. So annoying.

They Constantly Change Your Direct Debit Payment…

They change your direct debit payment CONSTANTLY without your consultation. No (real and functioning) way to get it changed back without phoning every time. My account is in credit, they just increase your direct debit so that they have an absolute stockpile of *your* cash in *their* bank account. No matter how many times you ask them not to change your direct debit they will just continue to do so.

Absolute Scam

Build up all the points you want, because there is no chance of you ever redeeming them on anything worthwhile. The only items worthwhile to purchase are the Giftcards and regardless of how hard I try, (setting alarms for the countdown time and making sure i am ready to click on it as it counts down to zero) every single time without fail "we have run out of gift cards". Absolute scam tbh. No chance of you ever redeeming your points.
