NO Support, lack of follow up. Unprofessional

1. While your platform appears advanced, your communication, support, and follow-up have been severely lacking.

On June 28, 2025, my 8-year-old daughter, Thaleia Kazantzidi, attended a 90-minute Roblox coding class (scheduled at 16:00 Argentina time) with an instructor named Maira from Tucumán. After the session, Maira promised to send the Roblox project my daughter created along with the official offer—yet we received nothing. 2. Today, July 4, 2025, we had a Mathematics class scheduled for 18:00. No one showed up. Your WhatsApp support is unresponsive, leaving us without any explanation or apology.

We adjusted our Friday evening plans to ensure punctuality, yet your team completely disregarded our time—and worse, my daughter’s excitement turned to disappointment because of your negligence.

This is unacceptable. Our time is valuable, and we expect professionalism, not empty promises and missed commitments.

We are currently reviewing what happened with both the Roblox class follow-up and the missed Mathematics session. Our team is already informed and working to provide the missing materials and offer a proper solution as soon as possible.

Secure and trustworthy

Secure but slow

I bought a screen for my Xperia Tablet delivered to paris, and arrived after 30 days in excellent codition. However, it took a while tll they receive the money which I sent via Western Union and I had to write to the President of the company to have my file lloked up.
