The installation was great. The engineer came within the half day time slot and was very polite and friendly. He did a really neat job of installing the boxes (inside and outside the house) and left no mess.

Leaving a 1 star review due to fact that I had to pay £4.99 for delivery, and the item doesn't fit so have to pay another £4.99 to return it. Sadly won't be shopping at HoF again based on this. I understand postage isn't free for companies, but they get a discount and this is a ridiculous amount to pay to try on an item.
