Low quality and poor customer service

I placed an order for a large "collection black" photo album at the start of January, which from the photos looked really smart and good quality. On arrival I discovered the cover was cardboard with lots of bends and creases in it, and the overall quality was nowhere near what I would expect for ~£50. I contacted the complaints team over a week ago but have no response, depite a quoted response time of 24-48 hours. Overall a really disappointing product with poor customer service.

Very clear and helpful customer support

I recently switched to Octopus and they have been helpful and efficient throughout. They were very clear during the switch and when I rang the customer support with a question about my meter readings they picked up immediately and supported me to get to a quick resolution. Really positive experience!

Zero customer service.

Zero customer service.

I have been in contact with 'customer service' for almost 3 months to execute a simple change in the classification of my meter to a residential one. This is needed to move away from my contract onto a domestic tariff. I have spoken to a different person in every single interaction and there has been no continuity or responsibility taken for making the change. Nobody has called me back after I have requested on several occasions and I remain in limbo indefinitely.

Clearly they would prefer to not let me exit the contract that they have autorenewed without my consent.

I've never had such poor customer experience.

Order never arrived!

I ordered a coat at the beginning of February and it still hasn’t arrived. Despite it being almost 3 weeks since I ordered it I still haven’t heard anything back from House of Fraser, which is very disappointing. I appreciate it might be a Hermes issue, but given I have paid for it I expect an explanation.

Great service and a stress-free experience!

I recently booked an MOT and Service for my car with Motoreasy. I got a reminder that they were coming up well in advance, and booked my car in to be collected from my house (taking away the hassle of getting back from the garage!). Motoreasy coordinated its collection and I received a call midway through the day with an update and the recommendations for what I would need done. It was really useful having somebody on side, especially for me as I don't know much about cars and never know if the work that is recommended is really necessary! Got my car dropped back to my house and the payment was managed through Motoreasy so it was quick and easy. Great service and a stress-free experience!!

Perfect, easy service

The pictures online displaying the clothes and detailing the size and height of the model were extremely helpful in determining the right size for me. My play suit arrived the next day in perfect condition. Very happy with the service
