FORMAL COMPLAINT - over £70 worth of products not delivered, non existent customer service and no sign of refund.
I am writing in relation to order 6157168 in which I made on 10th January 2026. The initial estimated delivery time was 3-8 days. After 21 days I emailed your customer support. I was replied to by a bot with a 'parcel force' link that was actually a link to a Swedish website with no further information about my order. I explained that this is not good enough and it is your responsibility to chase orders from your company that are not delivered. I was told my query would be escalated to a human 11 days ago. I have chased and was again told someone would get back to me but I have received no response.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act, I have given you multiple opportunities to deliver my item or explain the delay. My not responding, I believe you have breached the contract and expect a full refund for my order by 18th February 2026.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no option but to raise formal complaints through relevant consumer protection bodies.

We ordered some frames for wedding photos and they are acceptable but not high quality. The material on the frames is very flimsy for the price but it appears fine from afar. Unfortunately there were not many options for 8x12 inch frames out there though.
I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding the appalling lack of customer service I have experienced with BGASTORE.UK in relation to order number 6180738.
After encountering issues with my order, I attempted to contact your customer service team using the email address provided by BGASTORE.UK. That email address returns as undeliverable. In other words, the contact information you supply to customers for support quite literally does not work. This is completely unacceptable for a company taking payment for online orders.
Providing a non-functional customer service email gives the impression that BGASTORE.UK has no meaningful intention of supporting customers once payment has been taken. It leaves customers with no way to resolve problems, no accountability, and no confidence whatsoever in your business practices.
I expect an immediate response explaining:
• Why an invalid email address is being provided to customers
• How I am supposed to obtain support if your listed contact details do not function
• The current status and resolution of order 6180738
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no option but to escalate the issue further. This includes raising formal complaints through relevant consumer protection bodies and pursuing other avenues available to me.
I expect this issue to be treated with urgency and professionalism — something that has been entirely lacking so far.

I placed an expensive order with BGA Store and received a faulty frame (scratched on arrival and extremely fragile, breaking while trying to take a picture of the scratch).
I contacted customer support on 28 January and followed up again on 4 February. As of today (9 February), I have received no response whatsoever.
This is particularly concerning given that:
Their emails state that customers receive a reply within 24–48 hours, which is not accurate.
Their website advertises a live chat, which does not exist.
Email is the only available contact method, and it appears to be ignored.
Once an issue arises, there is no practical way to reach the company or resolve problems. The lack of communication, combined with misleading information about support availability, reflects very poorly on the company’s standards.
I will be documenting this experience, including the defective product and dated email correspondence, so other customers can make an informed decision. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company if you expect reliable customer service or post-purchase support.

I ordered a picture mount on the 6th January and the tracking link says it's been in the same place since the 12th January. I've contacted numerous times only to have received responses from a chatbot agent. I've even been told by the chatbot that my case has been forwarded on to a human but that was almost 2 weeks ago now and I've still not received a response.
I would not recommend this company as their communication has been shocking.

Really poor customer service. Our frame arrived damaged in damaged packaging- as directed on the website we emailed with photos of the damage and the auto response says they aim to respond within 24-48 hours. It's well over a week later and zero response. The auto response email also says that "sending multiple emails before getting a response may delay response time" which is clearly designed to put you off chasing them when they don't reply. Really disappointed as the frame was for a gift and we have no alternative, no refund and no resolution offered at all.

On ordering, their website automatically signs you up to their marketing, even if you untick the consent box. It reset twice for me from unticked to ticked during the transaction. Not a great behaviour from the seller.

I accidentally ordered the wrong sized frame (due to unclear dimensions on the site). When I contacted info@bgastore I recieved an automated response. I have since sent 6 emails (one from my work email) to try and arrange an exchange. I since purchased a returns label for 5.95 but have received no comms around when or I might receive it or how to actually return. It has already been 7 days since the frames arrived and I have had a terrible customer experience- all over the website it mentions a 'chat' function but this is no where to be seen. I would like to be put in touch with someone ASAP. Thanks.

I ordered a frame on the 23rd of December last year which wasn’t delivered. Contacted the delivery company to which they said it was being returned back to the company. Have tried to track the parcel but BGA are constantly ignoring my emails when asking for answers/re-delivery/refund. They have ignored every one of my emails.

Shocking service. I paid 6 euro for a return label, which easily could have been emailed as a PDF (greedy). I took pictures and posted the package back, I've received no refund and sent several emails and just keep getting this irritating AI response, the emails are being totally ignored and I've still not received my refund or any kind of response. Avoid.

Replied back to the same email as they asked and still no answer or replacement. Not paying to return product as it’s £6 out of my pocket for a faulty product! After reading all the bad reviews about BGA on Trustpilot, I almost didn't order my frames from there. However, I'm glad there were a few good reviews on here as well because the selection of frame sizes and the prices of the frames were just unbeatable compared to all other frame shops in the UK, so I risked ordering and spending my money.
I'm happy to report that all ordered frames were delivered safe and sound 10 days after ordering, no customs or duty to pay either (love that!!). They were wrapped up very well and not one chip in sight! I received an order confirmation after ordering, an email when it was dispatched in Sweden and another email when it was out for delivery. So either they changed their system after all the terrible reviews about their communication and updates, or I was one of the lucky ones! Yes I agree, some of the frames feel a bit flimsy when picking up, but once they're up on the wall, you won't see that, especially because they certainly look like frames that cost double or triple the price here in the UK...!
The only reason why I deducted one star is because the round frames I ordered didn't have hooks to hang them up with on the wall and the backside cardboard of the round frames seems to have been cut too tightly as I can't get them out of the frames to put my pictures in, so I will need to sand them down a bit, which is annoying as I bought several...
I've received a picture frame and the glass is shattered. I've contacted the email address twice in the past week but no response. There is no contact number. It's not poor customer service, it is non existent. I have a faulty product and am unable to get a refund.

I placed an order for a large "collection black" photo album at the start of January, which from the photos looked really smart and good quality. On arrival I discovered the cover was cardboard with lots of bends and creases in it, and the overall quality was nowhere near what I would expect for ~£50. I contacted the complaints team over a week ago but have no response, depite a quoted response time of 24-48 hours. Overall a really disappointing product with poor customer service.
