Reasonable time for delivery and Evri delivered with care. Lights much brighter than previous 40 led purchase which are still going strong after a couple of years. These 128 led lights should be better for my use. The previous ones were not in a particularly bright lit space but charged up well

Good quality inks although after time they do start to fade. For general use I have never had a problem.

Interesting surveys and payments are made promptly and efficiently.

Attention to detail in instructions fine but delivery was longer than normal.

Glas protector seems quite flimsy but proof will be as use the phone.

Later - protector installed at second attempt(got a speck of dust under cover but clear instruction on how to sort it) and looks great. Fingerprint was more difficult to set up but fine now. Expensive but seems to be a quality item which should outlast previous film protectors.

Steam mop and carpet cleaner were well packaged. Very easy to assemble.

Only the steam mop has been used so far. it is so much better than my previous one. I like the hand held aspect. Great for cleaning the hob. Hope to use the carpet cleaner to be used at the weekend.

First time usage and procedure for collection was very simple.

The booking process was reasonably quickly completed by a friendly agent. However I did expect that some advance research might have been done beforehand as I had provided the parameters of our holiday search in advance but this was only done on our arrival.

Plenty of different sofabeds to look at but not the three seater type we wanted to buy - only 2 seaters .
