Good value/price but delivery was delayed for over a week.couldn’t phone the customer services number as it has been disconnected.

Failed to find my details although that could be insurance company fault. Both blame each other….. 4 calls and 5 days to sort that issue out…… then I received a call to book the replacement to be fitted….. fitters arrived with incorrect windscreen, to be told that Mercedes had fitted the wrong one in the factory…😂😂😂….
Fitters were great though and only the admin and inefficient boss behind desks let the whole company down.
Such a simple solution would be to just ask the customer to send a photo of the damaged windscreen……..
