Not really their business to ask why I didn’t want to auto renew. I didn’t like the hard sell for add ons. And most of all, when I hadn’t written a review yesterday, I was pinged at 8.00 and woken up. I would have gone back to sleep but it woke my cat as well, who came upstairs shouting at me - so no more sleep after a bad night. Would have cleared this so much more easily if I’d spoken with someone.

Well structured surveys and you get paid .
You do have to go through a pile of screening questions and if you don’t meet the criteria for the demographic they are looking for, you will instead be entered into a prize draw. Always be truthful - if you give conflicting answers you will be excluded. However, when £50 drops in your bank account you’ll be happy you made the effort.

It doesn’t matter what I write on their surveys I get given a quality score of 69. I had a bit of fun perming my answers but always came up with 69. I won’t bother with them again

Cash rewards for completing interesting surveys. Surveys always well structured. As soon as you reach your points target you get paid - no waiting.

Hermes drivers are given too many packages to deliver so despite being told your parcel is arriving there is always a weak excuse when it doesn’t. If you want a cheap service and your parcel isn’t urgent, then maybe use them. If you want reliability, go elsewhere.

Staff very helpful and patient. Medical questions a bit OTT but resulted in the best priced travel insurance policy I could find. Used them before and had to make a claim which was expedited - no hassle.
