Researched and purchased 8 Acrow props to be sent to Glasgow. Arrived well packed on a pallet and out to use. A good product that’s already in use. I would order again from these guys, they have the product and the logistics to support distribution. The price point was cheaper than I could source locally including postage/shipping.

I was hit with one of those horrible moments where my planned 1 week work event turned into 7 weeks. After multiple extensions in the long stay I guess it was inevitable the battery would be flat. After two 8 hour flights from the Philippines I really didn't need any more delay. Click... flat battery. I have been with the RAC for many years but seldom used the service. Now I really needed it and quick. I called and got through quickly, the call handler did his job and asked all the correct questions... and the call ended. Within 5 minutes I received a call from the controller looking to firm up and clarify the problem. Within another 20 minutes an RAC mechanic arrived and I was on my way. A great response, great communication and so grateful. Thank you.

Review of Dynamo
Logan Phillips went over and above what I could have anticipated on this buy to let refinance. The Dynamo element of finding a lender was excellent with good communication, regular updates and working through the usual paperwork burden without undue difficulty.
Some of the lender expectations are misguided which caused both Logan and I extra work however, such is the buy to let market.
I would recommend Dynamo and in particular Logan again and will use the company when refreshing other B2L products. Thank you.

By far the best choice, best price and a very easy internet based platform from which to chose and pay. A distraught tenant happy that I have purchased a boiler (online on a Sunday morning - great landlord service) and she sees and end to a cold house and cold water. Then comes the slap in the face, MCH will deliver on Monday... no not tomorrow... 1 week on Monday. Tenant flashes up again and quite rightly so. After numerous phone calls to the branch office in England, attempts to get through to a permanently engaged Glasgow based branch I use the ultimate and last resort. Help or the sale is going to be pulled and you lose an 800 pound sale. England phones Glasgow, Glasgow phones me and sense prevails.
Flaws, Hillington is 10 miles along a motorway from Greenock. A customer should not have to wait 7 days without a boiler, to hear that MCH does not have any other way of delivering the boiler is "poor customer service", you can crawl 10 miles with the boiler on your back in the time it would have taken you to deliver it.
Fix this, make arrangements for deliveries by other couriers "if necessary", have a phone that is not permanently engaged in Glasgow and an office in England that doesn't pap you off.
To end on a positive note, the boiler is great, the tenant has gone off the boil and we are all happy again. I will use MCH again however, sort your delivery policy out "please"!!
