I was happy with my quote but had one query that I logged on line. Aimee answered clearly and within a couple of hours.

The price was competitive, delivery arrangements (choose your date, tracking and actual delivery) all great. The two guys that did the delivery (Wayne & Stephen) couldn’t have been more helpful. Very pleased.

I dealt with Steven Toward in the tailor made team. A really friendly, helpful and knowledgeable guy who dealt very efficiently with everything including flight upgrades, cabin choice etc. 10/10

At 10am Yodel confirmed package ‘out for delivery’ then 4pm Yodel put note on tracker requesting ‘on line chat’ to discuss address details (no idea why as they were correct ). Luckily I picked message up within 20 mins but online chat system unavailable for rest of day. Anniversary flowers never arrived. Awaiting promised refund. Apology given by eflorist but still very disappointed ☹️ .

Delivered on time. Well packaged. Easy instructions. Very happy.

Our 2 berth outside cabin on Galicia was just large enough. Beds were very comfy. Shower etc good. Evening meal was very good and continental breakfast was fine. Loading / unloading was quite quick. The inbound ship was delayed due to bad weather and technical issues so departure was approx 18hrs late but we made up about 7 hours on the crossing. I’d happily use it again.

Ordered an awning plus accessories. All arrived the following day well packed etc and as ordered.

I wanted to send a bottle of something a bit different to a friend to mark his retirement. He lives 250 miles away. I had been the recipient of a gift through the Whisky Exchange and that worked well so I decided to use them and all was excellent right down to my friend being able to agree a convenient date with the delivery company. I will use them again.
