Genuine surveys that pay our promptly when you reach £50 threshold. A wide variety of subjects.
Survey invites give an indication of length but this is always understated so survey you expect to take 15 minutes will take at least 20 even if you try to rush. The progress bar is a joke and in no way reflects how long you have left. The first 10-20% of each survey is profile info (which you've already provided) or "what shape can you see", "what sound can you hear" etc even though the entire survey has no sound at all.
Also be prepared for numerous screenouts, often after 5 minutes of generic questions as details above. You do a get an entry into a draw but they don't offer any points for screenouts like many other surveys companies do.
Overall a good and genuine company but can be quite frustrating.

Ordered the Army Painter Speedpaint Mega Set which arrived well packed and in good time. They had the best prices I could find so I'm very happy with my purchase.

Engineer arrived a few minutes earlier than expected which was great, fixed the fault quickly and efficiently and was very professional. Washing machine is now fully functional again.

Amazon advised delivery was due by 8pm. At 8pm Yodel tracker showed there were 30 more deliveries before mine. Parcel arrived at 9:28pm with one corner of the box ripped open. Driver recorded the delivery as 8:28pm not 9:28pm according to the tracker which was clearly false.
At least the driver was considerate enough to not ring the doorbell or hammer on the door late at night.

Easy to buy my car insurance via a comparison site. Great price and a good online site and app. All good until renewal. The only way to turn off auto renewal is to phone them apparently. Since my premium was set to jump 30% and I wanted to change some details I phoned to see if they could match the best prices from the comparison site again. They couldn't, not even close. They then managed to reduce the premium but still too high. After around 20 mins they managed to reduce it further despite me saying I wanted them to just cancel renewal. They still couldn't match my best 6 quotes (and that's before I claimed cashback too) but they were so pushy and kept trying tell me they offered more than other insurers.
I've now bought my next insurance with someone else and unless I can cancel auto-renewal at the start of the policy I won't be using Hasting again. Too much hassle to cancel.

I placed an advance order or pre-order for the soon to be released Army Painter Speedpaints Mega Set. Alchemist's Workshop offered the best price I could find online with a good discount. I knew I'd have to wait almost a month until the 26th March release date. I got email confirmation of the order and then just had to wait.
The parcel arrived in the morning on 26th March, release day, well packaged and well protected inside the outer box. They even added a Refresher bar sweet inside the pack which made me smile and was a nice touch.
All in all I'd say this was a perfect transaction and based on this I'd happily use them again and recommend them to friends or anyone else looking for Tabletop gaming products.

I've used their free service on and off for a few years and it worked well until they changed the system recently. Now the account will not work, the support is not existent and will not get any replies, the knowledge base consists of 2 pages, one gives the server details, which don't work and the other says simply "test".
Sadly xsusenet.com has gone from good to completely useless. Time to move on.

First things first, I've been with Branded surveys for years, back when they were Mintvine and back then I'd have rated 4.5-5 stars. Now I'm being a little generous with 3 stars, 2.5 would be more accurate.
Pros:
1) Plenty of surveys, there's almost never a shortage of surveys to complete.

2) They offer a choice of payment methods, Paypal included, not JUST vouchers like some survey sites.

3) They payout quickly and accurately, never had an issue with this.

4) A low 500 point payout threshold which can be reached quite quickly.

Cons:
1) the number of points offered for many surveys is insultingly low, easily the lowest of any survey site I've ever seen. 20 minute surveys for 20 points = 20c or 15 pence in UK. Just not worth the time and effort.

2) So.Many.Screenouts! We all expect there will be screenouts but there are loads here that ask 5 minutes or more of questions then decide to screen you out. If you're lucky you get a point or 2.

3) Surveys that seem worthwhile such as 15 minutes for 200 points are almost always only for business owners or directors while us ordinary workers get screened out, every single time!

All in all if you're prepared to spend hours and hours answering surveys for next to nothing, happy to be screened out of most, you'll manage to earn a few pounds/dollars of pocket money but it's a lot of work for little gain.

P.S. Following the response from Branded Surveys I'd like to reiterate that the issue isn't problems with surveys as such but the low points offered, constant screenouts and surveys with high rewards simply not being available to the majority of people. Technical issues are rare, paying pennies for a big time investment is the norm.

16/10/21: Ordered a parcel with an expected delivery date of Weds 20/10/21.
18/10/21: email from Hermes saying they are expecting my parcel and will let my know as soon as they receive it (5*)
19/10/21: Email from Hermes saying We've received your parcel we'll let you know when it's out for delivery (5*)
20/10/21: No email from Hermes to say our parcel is on it's way but arrived home at 19:30 to find a slip through the door and our parcel left our safe place. So, great that the parcel arrived safely but where was the email to tell us when it was being delivered?
20/10/21: 21:51 email from Hermes to say our local courier has delivered our parcel at 21:51. We've had it in our possession for nearly 2½ hours, no idea when it was actually delivered which could be awkward if there was an issue.
21/10/21: 7:40 email from Hermes saying they have our parcel and will be delivering today between 7:00 & 9:00. So firstly it's already nearly halfway through the delivery time slot and secondly, we've already got the parcel and (late) confirmation of delivery.
Just out of interest I clicked the Track my parcel button only to find that it is supposedly out for delivery and at 7:39 an apology that they can't deliver today but will deliver on the next working day.
So, actual delivery was 5*, tracking and communication 0*

We received a delivery estimate of 14:38-16:38. Tried tracking this during the day but the app simply said there were 32 drops before ours even at 16:50. It also showed that it hadn't updated since 9:19am so what use is that? I tried to contact XPD through live chat at 16:40 in case there was an issue only to find that the chat was closed (supposed to be open until 17:00) and that I could leave a message for contact tomorrow. again, what use is that?
The delivery did eventually arrive 30 minutes late which would have been no issue (traffic etc) if I could have tracked it, if I could have got a response from support. The driver dropped the very heavy box at the door, grumpily said "right", turned and went back to his van with a scowl on his face. Horrible attitude and no apology for being late etc. Basically not a great experience and far from professional.

Quick and easy to place my order which arrived quickly and was discreetly packaged. The items ordered were exactly as advertised with no issues. I'll happily use Lovehoney again

I needed a code for a ford radio after my van had an engine repair. This site says they can provide a code for free, and they probably can if you don't mind waiting for 24 hours. If you want it quicker then they want payment so it's no longer free.
Instead I downloaded a free app from Play Store and had a working code in seconds, no need to wait or pay.

Nice easy surveys which are often quite short and fit in well with life. Payment is quick and hassle free with a low cash-out threshold and the option to receive Paypal or Bacs payment, not just vouchers like many other surveys sites.
The only downside is that there are not enough surveys and there are a large number of screen-outs, often for surveys dealing with subjects which the user's profile clearly deems irrelevant, for example, I've had several surveys about gambling and smoking recently but my profile says I don't smoke and don't gamble

After using several comparison sites Hastings Direct scored highly on most and although not the cheapest they did offer those little extras that make the price more attractive, like windscreen cover, curtesy car and a low excess. The sale went through without a hitch and the online documents were received quickly.
Hopefully I'll never need to find out how good they are in the event of a claim but for now I'm happy.

Great surveys for a fair reward. I have had numerous £50 payouts over the last few years, always on time and with no issues. Now that BACS has been added as a payment option it's even better.
Screenouts do occur but less so than most other survey sites and usually right at the start of the survey (again unlike several other survey sites).
Populus is definitely one of my favourite survey sites.

Screened out of most surveys but recently got right to the end of several surveys and then get told I didn't qualify after 15 mins of answers. Totally unfair.
