Bare root wallflower plants arrived as expected some time later but with clear instructions both on the box (open immediately) and with a
preparatory email on planting and care. They look robust and ready to face the winter! Can’t wait for spring now…

The Aran poncho I bought for a friend was beautifully crafted and the wool was of excellent quality. The colour was stunning, a rich autumnal red. It came in good time and was well packaged.

Lovely company to travel with - booking easy, everything super smoothly organised and well-explained from the moment you arrive at the terminal to the moment you roll off at the other end refreshed and well-fed. Staff are always smart, friendly, and extremely polite and helpful. The ships are so stable that even this easily queasy traveller has rarely felt seasick on board. Top marks!
Top tips:
1. Leave room for a meal before you arrive at the terminal - the food on board is hot, homely and plentiful, served by smiley chefs with proper big chef's hats and tunics, and there are beautiful salads for those with a lighter appetite.
2. Don't store your cabin key next to your mobile phone as it deactivates it, which sometimes means a wait at reception to sort it.
3. Take a coat out of your car when you go in so you can spend a little while wrapped up warm out on deck and feel the closeness of the sea, with all its familiar smells and sounds.
4. I highly recommend booking a cabin regardless of travel time, just to catch up on beauty sleep, or be fully ready for the next leg of your long day of travelling...bon voyage!

Simple booking process, very reasonable prices.

My blanket arrived on time as promised and turned out to be much more than I expected. The lovely autumnal tartan design was true to the colours on the website and the quality is amazing. It is not a soft, squishy wrap for a night on the sofa in front of the TV, but a thick almost felt-like blanket that will keep out all but the most arctic cold. Thank you.

All very well organised thank you, and we got our problem fixed at least temporarily with an honest and detailed explanation of why the problem has occurred, plus hints on what to do and what not to do meantime.
Our Dyno Rod man needed a bit of extra encouragement to open a cover which looked cemented in as he didn’t want to damage our floor, fair enough, but after his initial hesitation he got stuck in with gusto and tried all he could to improve things further. Unfortunately our problem is due to a design fault in the plumbing and therefore needs further attention.
