I was on hold for 1hr and 50 minutes, trying to book an engineer to come and repair my tumble dryer. Only to then be cut off and have to start all over again.
I am now 1hr and 20 minutes into my second attempt, (still on hold as I write this review) and to be perfectly honest, I don't hold much hope of actually speaking to someone this time either.
Regardless of how this pans out going forward, I can say with absolute certainty that there is no way on earth I will be renewing this policy with these clowns when it expires ( perhaps that should read "clown" and not "clowns" as it appears they only have one person manning the claim line ).
If you value your time, do yourself a favour and spend a little bit more on a reputable company with proper customer service because frankly to be on hold for 3 hrs + trying to book an engineer is absolutely pathetic.
Oh and yes I did email my request and guess what? They didn't reply to that either!!!
Edit - Finally got through the day after with another 2 hrs of my life wasted on hold.
Despite me leaving two call back requests and an email the previous day, this never happened.....
They were however lightning fast in having someone call me to take my bank card details so that my policy was paid in full before authorising my claim (Funny that!)
I now have to wait for an engineer to contact me to arrange my repair. It might be tomorrow, or the day after apparently. (If I was being cynical, I'd say that they probably don't care now that my policy is paid up).
