So i purchased a hoodie for my Fiance for a planned concert that we would attend amd when it arrived they had the wrong name on the hoodie that goes with the logo of the band member. When I contacted them they told me I would only receive 50% discount why do I lose the other 50% its not what I ordered. I have no use for the hoodie.

Ordered a badminton bag on the 5th of december and still waiting for delivery 20 days before the item was shipped and no sign of the package being delivered any time soon.

Bought some earphones they arrived didn't work sent them back they sent another pair they didn't work either. They sent me an email with a return label never told me It was going to be picked up from my house the next day and I missed the pickup the original set I had to drop to the DHL point then they changed it to be picked up and I missed the date then I asked if the pickup could be changed and I was told now its up to you to pay as you missed the pickup.

I won't be recommending anyone purchase again whatever about the delivery issues to be sent two pairs of faulty earphones shows that they dont test the items before sending. The pair that I have now its clear the contacts have been damaged they will never charge now I'm left with a €80 paper weight.

This is my third time purchasing the services and I am very impressed by far a very good quality setup would highly recommend.

Second subscription to this service. No issues with the service and always a quick response when needed would highly recommend.

To be honest I will admit if you are trying to get in contact with them they are bad but they all are so its nothing that's any different
My experience with 123 go with a black box was brilliant I did have a few issues at the beginning with the box not operating correctly so they had to come and install another one. But other than it was great for me they literally only monitor your speed limit and distance travelled because I asked them on the phone. People that are getting banned using these black boxes are either driving ridiculously dangerous or going over thier limit. Because I didn't have one problem. One bit of advice I would give anyone download the WAZE app and when driving have it open because it monitors your speed and the speed limit of the roads you are driving on. With this it's brilliant I would recommend this black box for anyone trying to get thier first year of driving a bit cheaper.
