Cannot fault Essential Aids for my experience
I ordered an iwalk crutch on January 22nd and after a week of hearing nothing other than the order confirmation, I called the company to chase up the order. A very helpful lady advised me that the stock they had received was damaged but new stock was arriving the next day and my order would be expedited then. True to the word, my order was dispatched and it arrived today in perfect order. I know sone will say the customer shouldn't have to chase their orders but it does sayvon the website to contact them after a week with any issues. All in all, very good experience and excellent customer service.
