Loved swift but carefully packaged delivery of my very 1st Medik8 products.
Only downside I would of liked to try other products, maybe some samples like - eye serum etc.

Kingsize bed & mattress

We ordered a Kingsize bed, mattress & 2 bedside tables in summer 2020, we only received the bed, headboard & mattress in December 2020. The 2no sideboards did not arrive until March 2021 after being delayed 3 times. We have not unpacked any of the items as undergoing house renovation & extension. All of the boxes containing parts of our new bed, mattress & were damaged & the plastic covering on mattress was ripped & underneath mattress dirty.

Top quality product but after sales questionable

I bought my second pair of straighteners direct from GHD as my previous pair developed a fault & even after contacting GHD twice about there fault I never even received an acknowledgement back in-fact no contact at all from GHD customer services - so sorry but your after sales service is extremely poor. I have therefore had to buy another pair to replace these.
