ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Having purchased an estufa for just under 600€, I had occasion to cancel as I found my pipework installation would not accommodate it. I was prepared to pay a cancellation fee but for a deduction of 68€ shipping & packaging to be applied, I find excessive. Especially as it was never delivered!! However, it gets worse....the purchase was made on the Leroy Merlin website and they took the order and the money, but the supplier was Ferronconfort (who applied the deduction). My product was never delivered and I am still trying to get my refund. Ferronconfort say they will issue when the product is received??? What has this to do with me, it was never even delivered to me, so I can't be responsible for it's rerurn? Leroy Merlin insist it's nothing to do with them, even though they took the order and the money and Ferronconfort say Leroy Merlin will issue the refund. Leroy Merlin will do nothing but argue with me, the person online refuses to give their name or job title, nor will they involve a supervisor or manager. They are incredibly rude, unhelpful and incompetent. Now they won't talk to me, I go straight to virtual assistant! Never again will I use this company.
