ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
Having purchased an estufa for just under 600€, I had occasion to cancel as I found my pipework installation would not accommodate it. I was prepared to pay a cancellation fee but for a deduction of 68€ shipping & packaging to be applied, I find excessive. Especially as it was never delivered!! However, it gets worse....the purchase was made on the Leroy Merlin website and they took the order and the money, but the supplier was Ferronconfort (who applied the deduction). My product was never delivered and I am still trying to get my refund. Ferronconfort say they will issue when the product is received??? What has this to do with me, it was never even delivered to me, so I can't be responsible for it's rerurn? Leroy Merlin insist it's nothing to do with them, even though they took the order and the money and Ferronconfort say Leroy Merlin will issue the refund. Leroy Merlin will do nothing but argue with me, the person online refuses to give their name or job title, nor will they involve a supervisor or manager. They are incredibly rude, unhelpful and incompetent. Now they won't talk to me, I go straight to virtual assistant! Never again will I use this company.

AVOID

RACIST? SEXIST? MANIPULATIVE?
Or is it disinterest, lack of professionalism, lack of ethics and gross incompetence.
I had to fight to get any response from the salesman when purchasing and when eventually he was bullied into negotiating a sale, I was manipulated into buying a three year warranty contract for 1600€, when the vehicle was by European law, covered for 2 anyway. Within the 15 pages of documentation I had to sign on delivery, they also managed to include a cause for me to agree only 1yr of that 2 yr law!
When the ABS alert light came on, after about 2 months, I contacted both the salesman and the warranty number he gave. Meantime, the oil light came on and when I checked, I found it was only just above minimum. After 3 emails and 2 telephone calls, I finally got to speak to somebody, but had to employ translation services as they ignored my request for WhatsApp, so that I could translate. Although warranty stated I should bear no inconvenience or costs, including transport and be given a replacement vehicle if necessary, I was expected to travel over 100km to the nearest Flexicar outlet, where the car would be seen at their convenience.
After some discussion over this I requested intervention of a higher authority. Apparently customers are not permitted to speak with anyone more superior than a salesperson or warranty agent. The salesman also denied even knowing the name of the Flexicar CEO, although I found it easily on the internet.
It is now more than two weeks since I reported this and I have had a further two emails from the warranty department, saying they will contact me for an appointment??? So, I am no further forward, but apparently I can continue to drive the car unless a red light comes on.
Looks like legal action will have to be taken, as I have no fault diagnostics scheduled and on requesting cancellation and a refund on my worthless 3 yr warranty, the salesman referred me to the warranty agent!!

So let's be clear, you are calling me a liar, on Trustpilot. You say I make statements that do not reflect reality, but yet you do not put your name to this, you hide behind Flexicar!
You also give me a departmental email address for my problem to be investigated. If you really are N0 1 in your field, then I would expect a Senior member of staff to be concerned about my review and take steps to resolve the problem. Yet you merely substantiate what I have said by your disinterest!!

THIEVES!!

They have taken a 291€ payment from my personal account without authorisation and renewed a policy in my EX HUSBAND's name. I have been ignored on the phone yesterday, hung up on today and finally, placed on never ending hold, waiting for the non-existent person with authority Apparently it is perfectly legal that they do this and I need to sort it with my ex husband????
UPDATE:
So, here we are 7 days later and although they asked for more information to understand the problem and put things right...
..they still haven't given me back my money!!!

CAREFULL WHAT YOU BUY!

I have already posted a recent poor review, because this company offered my an online price for my PX vehicle of 13k. Before even seeing it, but after excellent photos and service history, they dropped to 11k.
It seems now, I find other companies will not buy in part exchange because it was imported from France. But I bought it from Clicars Madrid, who made no mention of this, did not identify as a problem and certainly did not reflect in the purchase price.

UNBELIEVABLY SHAMEFUL!

UNBELIEVABLY SHAMEFUL!
Having already posted a bad review, I was contacted by customer service to try and put things right. So I gave them another chance.
I had several WhatsApp conversations with Cristina, at the Granada branch. During one, she just dropped out around 5/6pm and when contacted again the next day, said her shift had finished, but she was back now. So, we were making an appointment for me and my daughter to travel and hour to Granada to have my car appraised in person. She disappeared at 11.18, not answering my last message just after 12. I went out, came home and messaged again at 5.40. She immediately answered, saying she had been for lunch but was back now!!
Confirmed the night before, arrived at the showroom at 11am, to find a lady bursting out of a strapless corset top and tight jeans, who asked who we were and what were we there for!! Handed us to a guy who took a few photos, did a bit of parking attendance and eventually came back asking for car documents. Told us, it had been imported from France, although I bought from Clicars Madrid, with no mention of importation or any relevance, then said they wouldn't buy it. 3 hours, 200+ Kms on my car, plus fuel.....and all for NOTHING!!!!! DISGRACEFUL!

In response to the reply from OcasionPlus I would like to ask why there was a problem with my vehicle. The address on its matriculation document is Automobiles Peugeot, Paris 75116.
I came to Granada fully intending to buy one of 3 vehicles (none of which were in evidence, by the way). All were either in Barcelona or Cordoba, I thought we had agreed that one in particular would have been moved to Granada. The vehicle was a little under 16,000€. I would have expected that somebody would be interested in selling me it?

SHARP PRACTICE yet again

SHARP PRACTICE yet again. Give me a price online of 13K for my part exchange. Follow up call, forwarding photos fresh from the car wash, lots of info about service history, replacement parts. Discuss buying another vehicle. All sounds great, then they phone this morning, quoting 11K????? Clearly this is either sharp practice or they need to train their appraisers😡

What a NIGHTMARE!

What a nightmare!! I have so far sent 4/5 emails and tried two telephone calls! Each time I have said I WANT TO BUY, but apparently nobody wants to sell - I filled in the option for part exchange and was given a price of 15952- 17952€, quite a big difference. Also, they didn't offer the exact model choice, so I would like to discuss this. Not a chance, just tell me I have to go to Barcelona, when I live in Granada. Advert says, we will bring to you for a 500€ reservation fee, but what if they then change their offer to something ridiculous - I loose 500€.
All I want to do is discuss via phone or email, but WOW, far too difficult.
BUY ELSEWHERE!!!
Having now been contacted, I am appreciative of the response and hopeful that we may actually do business, But it is not the simple process I expect it to be. I have bought online before, very simply, but wishing to part exchange us certainly not. I am hopeful though.

USELESS PRODUCT, USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE

From day one this VPN has not worked correctly. I have spent countless hours communicating with customer service personnel explaining the same problem, over and over. Clearly no record is kept, or if it is, then not referred to. It's easier to keep coming back asking for the same error photos and issuing the same instructions which will "definitely solve your problem". After 7 months of this, I've given up and gone to another provider. Clearly proving the problem lies with Surfshark. Efforts to shame them into apology or refund, failed miserably.
I will never use them again and would advise anyone else to give them a wide berth.

Rip Off!

Rip Off!
Shopped for hide chewing sticks for my dogs, priced at 54€, but when they appeared in my basket, they were 82€. Contacted Barakaldo by WhatsApp, only to be given a load of rubbish about varying market prices, effecting the end sale price. Never heard such baseless twaddle.
Bought elsewhere for 56€.
Give them a wide berth!!

SHAMEFULLY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICE!!
The BAZA Repsol depot gave me a price and subsequent order confirmation which allowed a 20 céntimos discount per litre on the quoted price, at the point of payment. Because of this I ordered 50 litres more than I would have!
They delivered a day earlier than they should have, when I was out and the delivery was paid in full, no discount. I contacted them and they now say there is no discount applicable, because it was due to the royal decree which ended December 31st. So why was the discount shown on the quote and on my order confirmation. Their stance is that it doesn't apply and they will offer me nothing .......SHARP PRACTICE OR A SCAM????

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!!

No customer service whatsoever. Had several bad experiences and left. Recently decided to go back, so bought a plan, porting number across. They sent me a sim card and that was it? When I mailed, they said I couldn't apply to port a number online. But, neither did I have a new number with the card, or any instructions. Over a month (and various intermittent mails) later, I have a paid for, useless SIM card and most recently, an instruction to go into a shop if I want to do anything with it. They are a disgrace, I won't bother 😡

APPALLING SERVICE

What a shame! This company has lovely furniture, but appalling customer service.
I bought a tall, carved cupboard costing over 500€ in February. During the last month or so, I noticed a massive split in one of the panels. It wasn't there on delivery and I must assume it's a fault in the wood which has been effected in the warm weather. I have tried many ways to contact Sklum. Eventually they responded via FB, after a couple of weeks. They said raise your complaint against the order in your account, but this is for items delivered faulty.

I was directed to use the warranty option against my order, so that Sklum could help. I did and it told me I was out of time - on a product I bought in February!!
Why can you not contact me directly on email (I have two) and why tell me to waste time following a procedure that won't help? Or does it make a good response?

I have provided all the information asked for in the reporting of a product subject to unacceptable deterioration, covered under your warranty section. However, at the end, everything just disappeared off screen. Perhaps you could confirm on here that action is being taken, as there is no other way of communicating with you!!!!!!

APPALLING SERVICE!!

Took my order and money online for the porting option. Supplied sim card and instruction sheet which said -just wait and we will do everything!!!
Weeks later, just several pointless emails, they've told me the case is resolved twice and won't supply information on complaints process. Got a 5€ SIM card I can't use.
BEWARE THESE INCOMPETENTS!!
