Review of Diamond Car Mats
Got some mats made for my Porsche Panamera Sport Turismo.
Was asked to send pictures of the interior. Did that !
Got the mats while ago but didn’t put them on untill few days ago . Front mats fit like ok , I would say 80% ( sides to high and clips don’t match the shape of panamera , but overall ok)
Problem is the back mats ( I think they never had the actual car to measure ) because they are with 10 cm longer
The cuts for the seat rail is 10 cm off and the mat covers the under seat vent , so they are 0% fit .
Contacted them on instagram, sent pictures order number and everything, I can see they saw the messages but just decided to ignore me.
Really bad experience, don’t recommend them at all .
Can’t say nothing about quality because mats can’t be used and can’t be sold because the don’t fit the car that they were made for .
They gonna go in the bin .

Review of Life Style Sports
To explain myself:
The 1 star is not for life style itself , is for life style using NIGHTLINE delivers. Life style promise second day delivery , and it is ,but.... I made an order on the 13th to be delivered on the 14th. Now is 19th still nothing. Called NIGHTLINE every day , twice a day( remember is a charged call). I was lied to wait at home for delivery every single day. Finally earlier on I was on the phone again with NIGHTLINE and they were rude to me, so I ended up calling life style and refusing the order. Made a new order ( same products ) to be delivered to nearest shop.
It's so sad that a big name like life style with an amazing rating is associated with NIGHTLINE delivers which has 85% bad reviews.
I would have really loved to give Life style 5 stars.
Hopefully reviews like this are gonna make Life style stop associate with the worst delivery company.
Stupid me , I should have checked trustpilot before I ordered.

As we are European company some of the parts might be available with different suppliers in different locations, whereas we do our best to deliver the orders on time.
However there was indeed quite a delay which was beyond our control. Unfortunately, as some of the parts are available in warehouses outside of the country we need to ship them from abroad and recently the boarder security was significantly tightened due to the terrorist attacks, which has resulted in unexpected delays.
We would like to assure you that what have happened is not a standard practice, but an exceptional case.
As for the unavailable part, the stock availability is updated several times a day. However, unfortunately, we ran out of stock before the availability was updated on the site. Only when we took to prepare your order did we find that the parts were not available and we could not purchase them from our main suppliers within the promised time.
We are selling parts to 22 different countries in Europe and our catalog contains large range of references and therefore our warehouses stock and dispatch thousands of parcels each day. So even though the stock management is 100% automated, it can unfortunately not prevent that occasionally the demand exceeds the supply on certain products.
We are constantly improving and we grateful for your comments as it will help us become better at what we do.
