Urgent answer required, Expiring kit
I ordered my kit, which said could take up to 6 weeks, but only took a couple. By which time i was away and my kit delivered to a neighbour, who went away, and now i am again, which means i may not be able to do the test ‘in time’. I’ve replied to the email asking what i could do, no answer. Now i keep receiving messages saying my kit is going to expire. There was no mention of the test expiring when i signed up. I have tried to return it (via my daughter since i’m not home) and it has been less than 2 weeks since i received it but the app is not letting me deal with this. Shocking service! Looking forward to Zoe dealing with this since there is no number i can call…

Unvalid voucher but refund finally processed
I bought a voucher for a massage but the retailer said they didn’t offer it any more (despite being within the 4 months of the validity). I contacted Groupon twice about getting a refund and never got an answer! However, Groupon refunded me as soon as I complained on Trustpilot. Thank you!

I got a pay as you go esim for a Christmas holiday abroad to use whislt we were away, then deleted the esim and forgot about it until they debited an 'automatic payment' (there was no mention of this in the orginial offer/email). I contacted them via email and phone. They make it very difficult for me to cancel it so I've had to cancel the prepayment (which was automatic with Paypal, without Paypal making it obvious!). There seems to be nothing else I can do. When I first got an esim, their reviews on Trustpilot were much better. Clearly something has gone wrong. I'm contacting the Financial Ombusdsman.

Awful 'service'
Awful 'service'. My daughter bought a ticket to go and visit a friend last November. The bus was cancelled at the last minute without any notification. She had to write several times to get her money back for the bus ticket but she STILL hasn't been reimbursed for her last minute train ticket she had to buy as a replacement! She has sent everything to National Express and this is the THIRD TIME I am writing on Trustpilot to get her money back. She sent her bank statement showing the train ticket money in November and then was totally ignored by 'customer service'. Please reimburse her ASAP or I will keep complaining.

Never again
Never again! Clearly a company on its way down. I joined my hisband’a contract in January but they failed to say it would NOT be on the same terms (actually wo dering if it is legal…). Have to pay for roaming, very long waiting time for calls, barred from calls abroad several times (i have family abroad so this is potentially a liability) and cannot do anything without my husband’s permission on the account. Absolutely dreadful!! And my son couldn’t get ANY reception in the US.

Orrendo!
I booked a massage for my brother in law as a present and booked it for him. It was meant to be tomorrow at 10am in Lucca.
He called the salon on Monday to change the date to an earlier appointment and he was told by the rude salon he couldn't do that as I had booked the massage and said there was no way of changing the appointment and I would lose my money! I then tried to call the salon, which, when I explained the situation hung up on me. I tried to call on several occasions (even with another phone in case they recognised my number) but they never picked up. There was no way of leaving a message either.
I tried to call Uala Italia but the number is invalid!!! I therefore called Treatwell UK (same company, different country) who got someone from Treatwell Italy to call but couldn't help. I was told an email would be sent to me to help me deal with the issue but I'm still waiting. Apparently I was meant to be called by Uala Italia but you can guess what happened... nothing!
I spent 60 Euros on a present which ended up being not only a waste of time (on the phone) and totally humiliating for me and my brother in law.
I have used Treatwell before in the UK and was always very happy, so I thought I could trust the brand in Italy. What a mistake!!
I now want a refund of my 60 Euros ASAP so my brother in law can have a massage elsewhere. The salon needs to be blacklisted and the Uala phone number updated on the website.
I am far from impressed by this absolutely useless service and inexistent customer service.
I look forward to hearing from you ASAP.

Good but the ticket fee (£10 per ticket) is horrendously expensive. Also it would be useful to know when we’re supposed to receive the tickets (email 4 days before the event only, i thpught i had missed an email…).
