Poor delivery Service,!

Although dated today , this review is written as a result of repeated frustration with the SHEIN delivery process,
Repeatrdly we are told tgat delivery has failed and to contact the local office to arrange collection. Failure is usually claimed ss due to incorrect information such as delivery address or no response at delivery address, yet we have few problems if any with other suppliers and deliveries ,
Claims that we were not in to receive goods are common , even thogh we have been available !,
Quite simply the delivery company appear not to bother or try to deliver !!
This issue us now at the point that we are stopping shopping at SHEIN !!
CTT(Transport) seem to be the main issue !!

Superb after sales service,

I have had a Bronpi Princesa for approx 12 Years, and the unit has performed spectacularly, The Build quality is superb and the unit has been trouble free, I recent had an issue with Airflow, and had occasion to contact the service dept, I was attended to immediately in good english, and the technician took me step by step through the diagnostic process, to identify an air intake problem, he advised new settings and helped me to resetthem, this immediately improved performance with the machine now working really well again, Superb after sales and helpful customer service dept

Help lines a Joke service, Follow up worse, !!

Phones are meant to be answered, if you gonna make me listen to s*** muzak, then at least you pay for the call, 22 mins and gave up,

This gets worserer and worsere,, so the Customer support supervisors phones23 Nov,, me up to discuss my review and complaint of poor service, then puts me hold after 5 mins I hung up, ¬¬¬!! absolutely out of control, !!

And here we are 4th Jan 2026 , and still no effective progress!!

Reception Staff were fantastic, despite being very Busy, !!

The Reception team's outstanding perfomance this morning has to be commended.
I have in the past at times criticised heavily IMED Elche Reception and processes, but over the last few weeks of use, I have noticed a new air of professionalism and interest from the Reception and support staff,
The team this AM for me turned around my visit from a 3.5 hour session with various doctors by rearranging appointments and reduced the time frame to one hour, The young lady on the New extension was exceptional , as indeed were the main reception staff and the Radiologia Dept,,
Medical service was as always excellent,
Total experience was faultless, well done IIMED!

KISS, Keep It Simple Stupid!!
Another Upgrade My PayPal , making it almost incomprehensible to understand , and impossible to use ,
Obsession with offering help at every step with AI ,
When I logon I wanna see my last 7 days trans , plus expandable as needed and an offer to request or send money , its simple !@
Stuff all your offers up your proverbial !!
I have nearly gone completely to WISE , and can,'t see PayPal being for me much longer !!

what a joke

what a joke, suddenly my Credits cards dont work ( I have two on my account) I cannot get access online keeps telling me info is wrong ( its been the same info for about 10 years, ), then I tried to use the app, and it tells me the security info is wrong then I try to phone for help ( three times so far from abroad, after 18 mins then 14 mins, and then 22 mins, still cant get through, , idiot voice keeps telling me to dial the number on the back of the card if the call isnot related to fraud, so I dial the number ( and I get the same message, ), I reckon a retarded idiot wrote this prorgamme, what a bunch of numpties, after over 15 years I am moving banks, useless,

Customer service poor today!!

Customer service in the Hereford store was a joke this AM,, went in to buy a cooker hood( online wouldnt allow me to order either for delivery or Click and collect , but thats another story!!)
Went in store for same item, domestic appliance area devoid of staff except for the Dyson Lady!! who couldnt serve me, ( although she was very helpful trying to get somebody to attend!!)
Finally after shouting down to the ground floor staff a woman attendant turned up, and we identified the item on display, she checked stock which suggested it was available for sale, paid and directed to pick up counter. waited over 5 mins, a member of staff then decided I was loitering with intent and asked if they could help. they then checked with the wharehouse who informed they couldnt find the item, , I offered to cancel the order and then order for delivery of click and collect but was informed that I couldnt do that as the Worcester store wouldnt help( no idea what they had to do with it!!).
I waited at least another 5 before a greeter turned up and asked if she could help, she immediately went off to the warehouse only to return and confirm the item was not available as an erro had been made somewhere and the stock level was incorrect,
she then offered to arrange for unit to be ordered for delivery, wherein Ewan stepped in ( AKA as SuperFix), within a few mins Ewan had understood and assessed problem, came up with a delivery solution booked a delivery slot and had me on my way awaiting delivery for tomorrow, , well done Ewan ( please train others to his level of competence and motivation),
all in staff i came into contact in this store were poorly motivated and lacked customer focus,, Ewan was the exception,
the experience was enough for me to no buy the special offer TV which was my second item, so loss of sale Curry's ,,,
no more store visits for me, if I cant get it on line, it will be Amazon or similar,s !!

Oustanding Customer Service Ethos

I am astounded to see the low score reviews, I have been using this company for at least the last 5 years, and have found them to be nothing short of outstanding, the customer service ethos is unrivalled,
Only on 1 occasion have I had a problem with a damaged delivery, it was replaced in less than 24 hours, what else can you ask for,
Good pricing, excellent delivery ( usuall within 24hours or less), and great customer service,

Following on from my Previous Post

Following on from my Previous Post, I have finally spent about 2 hours to talk to a @Manager" another waste of time, he spent about an hour reviewing my claim, then told me that i was only entitled to a refund from the Time they could access the property not the fault time, IE five days out of the total of 54Days,
If I could put minus stars this company would have it, they have no idea of customer service,
I am now pursuing a claim in the Small Claims court, I just refuse to spend more time on the phone, , I warn you all, Go with this company and if you have the slightest problem that is outside their operating procedure you will be the one at fault, and it will cost you money, NO RECOMMENDED EVER!

Worst Customer Experience Ever (Followup to review of 27th Dec)

How does this company stay in business, , surely there is no repeat biz or contract renewal taken up by exisitng customers,
After repeated calls hours waiting on thre phone to be transferred to yet another dept, plus 2 service engineer visits . BB was finally connected, the issue seems have been a poor connection at the cabinet!. irrespective of the actual fault (things sometimes go wrong) the astounding level of atrocious customer service centre interface and poor understanding of meeting even the most basic of needs is unbelievable,. long periods of waiting whilst the Android on the other end checks every detail with a supervisor before any commitment is made has to be the most frustrating experience i have had..m this is now followed up by the agent informing me that he cannot credit my two months without internet as he says they have not been able to contact me, although i have repeatedly phoned in to sort this out,
so on top of everything else we they have nor records, it seems i have not choice but to take this to the small claims court, Grrrr!



Thanks Jo, what a joke, I have just spent 45 mins on the phone with your Customr service Agent, and he informs me that as Talk Talk couldnt contact me between 27 Dec and 23 rd Feb, I am not entitle to a refund, which is both a incorrect and outrageous, I have communicate with you people via, COmmunity, Email, Phone and your support online Chat many times and told you that I was unable to provide access to the property in that period., in fact i have copies of message from Chris on the Talk Talk support that informs me that if i contact Tech support on my return, and arrange a visit they would sort it and also I would be refunded the payments made for when the servie was not available, only now to be told(by your Call centre), that this is not the case,
It seems the only recourse, to get an action is to cancel my and then await your claim for a CCJ in the small claims court an contest it there,. It seems that you deserve to go out of business in my view, !!

Worst help experience ever

Worst help experience ever, the operatives are very polite and helpful, but working to a script, once you have a problem outsides of Knowledge base, total chaos ensues, with information shutdown, constant waiting whilst referrals are made to "my Manager".
Sounds like an technocracy out of control, !!
Not recommended, My problem still not resolve, and it would seem the only resolution is to cancel contract an start again!!

Up until the delivery process I would …

Up until the delivery process I would have offered 5 stars, but some jobs worth on the way screwed that up!!.
I had ordered about 2K worth of Dining furniture to be delivered, and on purchase had not agreed a delivery date, but would be in approx 7 days, within 24 hours I got an SMS saying Mon 8 the furniture would be delivered, could I confirm yes or no, I texted back NO as this was the only date that was not good . i went to the local store and confirmed this with the assistant manager, who assured me all would be OK, until I got another text on Friday 5th may saying delivery will be on 8th May,
I now got onto the local store and explained and they said they would sort out for me, phone back 20mins later to say nothing could be done as the order had been made up and they couldnt change it, I explained to the Manager that I had said no and that there would be no one there,
but he said sorry cant change it (NB even though I had previously gone in on the Mon 2 may to confirm NO ). I then said cancel the order and iwill reorder online as apart from the 8th May any other day would be ok,, then told if Icancelled order because the short time before delivery there would be a cancellation charge,
Next stage for me was to phone customer service and try to speak to a manager, however, helpful customer service rep, ( Liam) who was very polite, looked up the file, agreed that I had said no to the order by return text and cancelled delivery and rearranged for Wed 10 May,,
Seems like we are now ok, but really dont understand why the rest of the organisation was out of sync and unhelpful to the point where I won;t be using this company again, , Frustrating that systems can be operated to the level of pure stupidity, Particularly as the instore staff and customer service persons were so helpful but also it seems Helpless!!

Update,
After personal contact from Customer Service dept the issue was resolved quicky and efficiently, It would appear there was a glitch in the delivery system that caused the problem,
Top marks for a rapid response and explanation of the issue. excellent customer service,
