I ordered a product through CDON’s marketplace ("POP MART Labubu The Monsters Big Into Energy Series Figures") with the promise that it would ship between July 4–10. It’s now July 12, and I’ve received nothing.
I chose this seller because the delivery window matched an important birthday. Unfortunately, not only is the item delayed, but the seller has given unclear excuses about "holidays" (even though there were none), and there are dozens of public reviews warning that this seller’s products are fake. Unfortunately I found these reviews only after making the purchase. The same vendor is selling phone cases with Louis Vuitton logos with no authorization to do so and CDON did not react reporting that to the customer service.
While CDON acts as a marketplace, according to EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and broader EU consumer protection legislation, they still have a responsibility to monitor and remove sellers who repeatedly mislead customers or sell counterfeit goods. At this point, I’ve contacted CDON directly and requested either delivery by a final deadline or a full refund.
This experience has really shaken my trust in CDON as a platform. I expected stronger consumer protection and accountability, especially when hosting third-party sellers.

Review of PostNord Oy
Tilasin paketin Tampereelle vanhempieni osoitteeseen, jossa asun kesäisin ja työskentelen kun ei tarvitse opiskelupaikkakunnallani olla. Virallinen osoitteeni on n. 100 km päässä. En voi ymmärtää miksi PostNord väitti osoitteeni olevan virheellinen, kun osoitteeni oli täysin oikein ja tietoisesti sen tilasin Tampereelle, ettei tarvitse yhden paketin perässä matkustaa 100 kilometrin päähän. Muilla yrityksillä mm. ups, dhl, ei koskaan ole ollut ongelma tilata pakettia osoitteeseen, jossa et virallisesti asu. Jostain syystä PostNord päätti siirtää pakettini toimipaikkaan opiskelupaikkakunnalleni. Toisaalta kyseenomainen menettely saattaa olla paikallaan, mikäli jonkun nimiin on tilattu tavaraa toisen toimesta. En myöskään saanut koskaan asiakaspalvelua kiinni. Sain lopulta kuitenkin pakettini joten en nyt täysin tyytymätönkään ole.

The bag came quickly. I ordered leather Ellie bag in beige croco which I absolutely loved. First the leather was extremely stiff but it gets loosened up. However I ordered the bag something like on May (?) and the hardware is already discoloured and looking quite raggady to be honest.. I have worn the bag everyday though. However I love the looks of the bag, I just wish the hardware was not wearing off so quick.

I got a retro nuptse 1996 jacket and the seaming is a mess and I used it only twice and the thread is just coming off and looking like a mess. It was quite expensive so that's a bummer!!

Olen muutaman kerran palauttanut tuotteita ja hommat toiminut hyvin. Toimitus on nopeaa. Nyt viimeisen kerran tilasin North Facen Nuptse takin ja jo kahden käyttökerran jälkeen ( n. 2 päivää ) näin että tikkaus on lähtenyt löystymään ja irronnut kahdesta kohdasta aivan takin edestä? En kumminkaan harrasta mitään extreme urheilua vaan kävin läheisessä kaupassa ostoksilla ja olen hämmentynyt. Takissa lukee että ko tuotteilla on "warranty" mutta North Facen sivuilla käskettiin ottamaan yhteyttä jälleenmyyjään. Vastausta ei ole toistaiseksi kuulunut. :/

Olen tilannut tuotteita useampaankin kertaan mutta en koskaan ole joutunut mitään palauttamaan, joten siitä en osaa kommentoida sen enempää. Viimeisimmällä tilaamallani tuotteella tosin meni n. 2 viikkoa saapua, vaikka paketti tuli Ruotsista. Jos on erittäin kiire saada jokin tuote käsiinsä, niin ei välttämättä kannata täältä tilata ( ainakaan ko ilmaisella toimituksella. )

avoid this company! they stole my money. luckily I lost only 10 euros. I was going to pay my spotify premium for a month but they didn't allow me to spend my own money for some reason. customer service is slow and helps nothing. I was so upset that I quit using spotify and don't give a damn what happens to my money. i'm beyond frustrated.
