Completely wrong product
I ordered a racing wheel set with pedals and a shifter and what I a got was a small button box for the pc. I don't understand how one can mix up a 15kg+ box with a 0.5kg box. I was really looking forward to this racing wheel and even got accessories ready. I don't mind buying and keeping the button box too, but please deliver the wheel

Never use CDON!
I was urged to return my product to CDON and I applied for return online on CDON's webpage. I have received the case number from CDON but no information to what address I shall return. I chatted with CDON chattrobot in English in order to get the address of CDON for return, and, you will not believe it!! - chatrobbot has written to me that I have to pay 45 SEK to be connected to a human support staff in order to get a return address to CDON, and I was directly connected to the payment webpage, where I was invited to provide my Credit card number and proceed with the payment!!! Sick! never use CDON!!

It's a scam
It's a scam! don't fall for it. no info is provided on the delivery date and you cannot change or exchange your purchase. they claim that it is a market place and you have to directly contact the seller (after receiving the product). It means you are on your own!

I bought an electric scooter
I bought an electric scooter, and on the first day, I reported the issue. The front side was touching the brake and had extra noise. CDON told me to take it to a shop, and the shop keeper said its not safe to use. I contacted CDON and they just wasted my time. At the end I return the scooter and now they are not giving me full refund. I wasted my 2 months on it. Took scooter many times to shop, and at the end I returned, but now they say the reported problem does not exist. Do not understand why CDON is lying. I have videos that has reported problem but they just lie and now not giving me my full refund.
Would never recommend CDON at all to anyone.

Order cancelled while item was in stock
I placed an order at CDON buying four items. I got a confirmation. Then a few days later CDON cancelled the order. Not one item. Not two. Not three. But all four items claiming they were out of stock. I sucpected CDON made a mistake. Finally they admitted that they had made a mistake. Now, one would expect them to compensate. But not CDON. They did not even offer to activate my order letting me buy the four items at the initial price. Instead, CDON was so rude that they asked me to put a new order at a significantly high price. Do CDON believe I will order from them again - dream on.

defective buds, no refund
I bought a pair of Galaxy Buds 3 Pro via CDON (sold by iXpress). The product arrived defective: the right earbud made a strange vibrating sound when using ANC or Ambient Sound, and during calls, others reported hearing strange background noises.
I reported the problem immediately and returned the product after receiving instructions. However, my refund request was rejected. I was told that since the headphones are a "hygiene product" they cannot refund me, but instead they would send the product for repair.
This is incomprehensible. I am not asking for a refund because I changed my mind - the product arrived defective. According to consumer law, I am entitled to a refund or a new replacement product, not a repaired product. Otherwise, I would receive a refurbished product, even though I paid full price for a new one and only used the headphones for less than 24 hours.
It feels like a loophole that sellers can exploit: selling defective goods and refusing refunds by misusing the excuse "hygiene product". This is unacceptable, and if CDON does not take responsibility, I will escalate the matter to ARN.

Less than ideal shopping experience
They sent a product that was significantly less value than the item I purchased and they never offered to send the correct item and took over a month to issue a refund, only doing so after I repeatedly complained but they were not quick to fix the issue or respond to emails. I am glad to finally get the refund but it was not a pleasant shopping or customer service experience. I feel if I hadn't written a negative review I wouldn't have gotten the refund. Shop at your own risk.

fake items sold
I ordered a product through CDON’s marketplace ("POP MART Labubu The Monsters Big Into Energy Series Figures") with the promise that it would ship between July 4–10. It’s now July 12, and I’ve received nothing.
I chose this seller because the delivery window matched an important birthday. Unfortunately, not only is the item delayed, but the seller has given unclear excuses about "holidays" (even though there were none), and there are dozens of public reviews warning that this seller’s products are fake. Unfortunately I found these reviews only after making the purchase. The same vendor is selling phone cases with Louis Vuitton logos with no authorization to do so and CDON did not react reporting that to the customer service.
While CDON acts as a marketplace, according to EU Digital Services Act (DSA) and broader EU consumer protection legislation, they still have a responsibility to monitor and remove sellers who repeatedly mislead customers or sell counterfeit goods. At this point, I’ve contacted CDON directly and requested either delivery by a final deadline or a full refund.
This experience has really shaken my trust in CDON as a platform. I expected stronger consumer protection and accountability, especially when hosting third-party sellers.

Spend you money somewhere else
I expected to be dealing with a Swedish store. Instead my order was send from Spain and took some time to arrive. I received a totally different item from what I ordered.
It took several days of chatting with the customer service to receive a return label and now the original item is no longer available. I will need to wait until the item is back in Spain to get my refund.
Best to avoid CDON due to long delivery time and poor customer service.
