HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

When I signed up for my membership, the manager recommended a free 1-month trial of the YANGA flavoured water subscription. He said it could be cancelled anytime, so I agreed to try it.

After tasting the water once, I cancelled immediately. Honestly, it was awful — very chemical taste with a terrible, unpleasant aftertaste.

A month later, I discovered that I had still been charged for the next month, even though I had definitely cancelled the subscription.

I contacted customer support, but they told me they couldn’t do anything and refused to refund me.

Very disappointing customer service.

If you’re planning to join The Gym Group, I STRONGLY recommend NOT signing up for the Yanga water subscription.

I FEEL THIS IS DECEPTIVE AND DISHONEST TOWARDS CUSTOMERS.

Good experience

I had a very positive experience doing my blood test at SuperDrug
I arrived at my scheduled time and was seen immediately with no waiting. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. The nurse was especially friendly and professional, and the blood draw was quick, comfortable, and completely painless.
Overall, everything went smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommend.

Scam website – payment taken, no service provided

This website is supposed to be for buying and selling kittens and offering stud services.
I wanted to publish an advert for my stud boy.
To do that, you must pay £25 for a premium membership.

I paid £25 through PayPal — the payment went through successfully — but my membership on their website never changed.

There are no contact details available anywhere on the site.
When you click the “Contact Support” button, it opens a page that says:

> Not Found!
Sorry, but the page you were trying to view does not exist.

Complete scammers.

FRAUD. BE CAREFUL

FRAUD.
This is a scam. Stay away.
They advertise cheap courses to lure you in.
Then they sign you up for recurring charges without your consent.
Five days after I paid $7 for a psychosomatics course, they charged me $49 without any warning.

The course itself is completely useless — low quality, just a robotic AI-generated avatar reading plain text.
Not even worth the initial $7 they claim is a "trial offer".

Avoid these scammers at all costs!

Без моего ведома подписали на регулярные списания.
Через 5 дней после того, как я заплатила $7 за курс по психосоматике, с меня без предупреждения сняли ещё $49.

Сам курс — абсолютно бесполезен. Низкое качество, просто электронный аватар, сгенерированный ИИ, читает текст.
Это не стоит даже тех $7, которые они обещают "пробной ценой".

Держитесь подальше от этих мошенников!

Very disappointed with FirstVet. WASTE OF MONEY

Very disappointed with FirstVet. The service is basically useless.
All they can do is tell you whether your pet’s symptoms sound like an emergency or not. That’s it.

They cannot diagnose anything, they cannot recommend any specific medications, and they are not allowed to prescribe anything.

It felt like paying just to be told "go to a vet or wait and see." I expected professional guidance, but it was more like a triage hotline. Definitely not worth the money.

I had an exceptional experience!

From the very beginning, everything was clear and well-organized. My coordinator was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions before I arrived in Turkey. Upon arrival, I was smoothly transferred from the airport to the hospital.

The next day, I underwent rhinoplasty and an endoscopic mid-face lift. The hospital exceeded all my expectations—it was so luxurious, I felt like I was staying in a five-star hotel. My first night was spent in the hospital, where I received excellent care. The food was delicious, the staff were kind and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was reassuring.

The doctor was extremely professional, and I felt completely confident entrusting her with my face. After my stay in the hospital, I spent five days at a lovely hotel to recover. Before leaving, I had a final check-up at the hospital to ensure everything was going smoothly.

Overall, I am absolutely thrilled with the experience and the results. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering similar procedures!

WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY

I tried Preloved to sell my kittens.

WHAT IS BAD ABOUT PRELOVED
1. Takes ages until they approve the ad
2. 4 out of 5 ads they decline ads for different reasons that they don't even explain.
3. When I complained that I spend my time on placing an ad but they always decline it, they offered me to take a business account and to pay every month £20. I agreed. So then my ads were placed BUT there was 0 traffic from this platform
4. Takes ages to customer service to respond
5. The platform has lots of bugs, errors. Often you can't upload photos. Without photos the ad can't be completed. In that case you must start all over again.
6. There are many words that you cannot use in the ad. But they don't explain what words. If you use one of the forbidden words, your ad is declined. For example I used a word GIFT. Because I was given a gift with each kitten. But I only found out about it after I tried to edit text over 10 times.

WHAT IS GOOD ABOUT PRELOVED:
NOTHING

They might look very helpful BUT IN REALITY THEY TOTALLY ARE NOT.

I bought from them a return ticket. The first one was cancelled. I requested a refund. Obviously for return ticket. They only refund me for the cancelled flight but not return flight. They said that by the policy they don't have a reason to refund me because the other flight wasn't cancelled. 🤦 why would I need a return flight if the first one was cancelled?
So I lost my money. I didn't manage to get a refund.
BOOK ALWAYS DIRECTLY FROM THE AIRLINES. ❌ don't waste your time and money to book through Trip.
YOU ARE COMPLETELY NOT PROTECTED WITH TRIP

The quality is HORRIBLE
I bought it on WOWCHER. It arrived dirty, stinky.

Apart from that, the quality is very, very low.

You can feel each spring.
I contacted durest by email.
They said they will collect it within 728 days. After 28 days, they said 28 working days.
Now it's been 43 days.
They still didn't collect it, and it t seems they won't.
Unfortunately, I didn't read reviews before buying.
PLEASE DON'T BUY It's waste of time and money and nerves
Wowcher customer service doesn't help.
They don't care.

THERE IS NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE IF PARCEL ISN'T DELIVERED

There is no way to contact customer service in case if the parcel isn't delivered.
Its been a long while since the status of the parcel didn't change.
Over the phone is automatic service keep saying that its on the way and then disconnect.
Online chat never has a real customer service. Only automatic. Same problem.
No help. No information. No service.

I had bad experience with solopress customer service. I've written the review here on trust pilot but solopress removed it somehow. So not fair.
I said true experience. Here is the story.

I've called customer service to get a voucher 10% discount, because I ordered few times during the month and 3 of my friends. Was long waiting time. Hardly managed to agree for 5%. However didn't get the email with the voucher. Won't call again to waste my time waiting to be served.
Huge disappointment.
Wouldn't recommend.

Ordered twice in 1 week. And 3 of my friends. But they didn't use a code that would give me a promised 10% discount.
I've called them to get a voucher. Was long waiting yime. Hardly managed to agree for 5%. However didn't get the email with the voucher. Won't call again to waste my time waiting to be served.
Huge disappointment.
Avoid them. Rather go on Google and search other companies, who's customer service is better.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 😡

Well the customer service is very very bad. I was 1 hour on the waiting call. Just for the record, the call disconnects automatically if nobody answers in 60 minutes. So I actually wasted 1 hour. I have no bloody idea how to get to the customer service, as it was the second time I had to wait 1 hour. How more hours should I waste before my issue will be solved? VERY VARY VARY BAD !!!!!!!!

Now is the 3rd months I don't manage to solve the issue with my bill on Utilita.
Wasted today again 1 hour. Nothing.
I sent message on Facebook. Nothing.
Tried to contact on live chat. Nothing.
It's getting on my nerves. I want to change the supplier but firstly need to solve the problem.
UTILITA... HELLO... IS ANYONE THERE?
CONTACT ME URGENTLY. if I don't answer, because I'm at work, call me again and again.
During the last 3 months I wasted about 8 hours trying to contact Utilita.

AVOID‼️ AVOID‼️ they are liars and robbers

I wanted to try Virgin simcard to use for the internet. In EDGWARE shopping centre, the seller convinced me to try. We did the pre contract. I gave my bank details for the direct debit. I've been told, I won't need to pay anything if I cancel within 14 days. I did so. I cancelled it within the frame of 14 days.
But then they took from my account £20. I called them. They tried to bulshit me that if have to pay if I canceled. I was on the phone over an hour. Finally manager promised me to refund that money within the 10 working days. He asked to not cancel the direct debit untill I get a refund.
3 days after that they took from my account £106,64. I called them. They said that's the cancellation fee.
Seriously?
Is it too expensive for 14 days of using their simcard?
I hope I'll get the full refund. I had again to waste my time with the customer service.
AVOID!!!!! NEVER DO ANY PRE CONTRACT WITH THEM. NEVER GIVE THEM YOUR BANK DETAILS.
THEY ARE LIARS AND ROBBERS.
P.S. have spoken to Virgin. They said that they sent a refund. I need to call my bank and ask to complete it. So I'll get it straight away. I called my bank. They said that they can't see any refund. However bank advised to report an unauthorized payments. So bank will pay me back my money, and then try to get it from Virgin.
I'm shocked.

Waiting call is toooooo long. WASTED HOURS

Waiting call is toooooo long. When it comes to 60 minutes it disconnects. Over a week I don't manage to get through to speak to an adviser. Wasted 3 times 60 minutes. I was advised to send a message on Facebook. I did so. Took them 3 days to respond. I asked them to call me, as I need to speak to an adviser. Nobody called me yet.

P.S. I read your response. I don't have a Miss call from you. Try again. I didn't change the number.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

Last month I wasted hours to get through to customer service of Utilita. It seemed they solved the problem. After 1 month I get the bill and see that the problem wasn't solved. Unbelievable.
The idea that I need again spend hours to contact them is stressing me out. So I already tried to call them. 60 minutes waiting call and after it disconnected me. Tried to use chat online. But it's saying that all advisers are busy and asking me call them.
I'm seriously feel up if their crap service.
I'm going to switch to other supplier.

Over an hour waiting time to speak to an agent

The waiting time to speak to an agent is over 40 minutes, sometimes even an hour. That's such a waste of time. Few times made a complain about that. Their answer was that they are sorry. That's it. I'm seriously considering to change the supplier. Horrible customer service.
