Poor communication
I signed up to Global Test Market several years ago and, apart from not always being awarded points for surveys I had completed, but which were given after I raised a query, I had no problems. In recent months, however, the member 'help' link within my account (i.e. after signing in) has not worked at all, and I have effectively been locked out of my account (with £40 worth of points waiting to be redeemed) as the site keeps rejecting my password even after I've reset it, supposedly successfully according to the message that comes up on screen. Global Test Market has provided a help link on their home page, and which is accessible without the need to sign in, but I have received no responses to at least 3 messages I've sent using the facility in the past couple of weeks or so.
