I'm VERY HAPPY with the Blu-ray sets I bought from CEX that were significantly cheaper than the new items from other retailers. I found the shipping prompt and reliable. The items were in great condition.

One small negative is that because they are sent signature post they can't be left outside my door. And then for some reason AusPost makes me collect from an office that is not particularly close and I need to get a bus. That's not CEXs problem.

But surely just ordinary tracking with doorstep photo would suffice, especially with smaller items. Otherwise I cannot fault this company and I guess it's better to be over careful than not caring at all.

Always competitive prices with reasonable international shipping to Australia. It's not a fast shipping service but if you have concerns the customer service are happy to help. My items arrived within the specified time limit so I was happy.

I am so pleased I swapped to CovaU over a year ago. I'm on two very competitive plans with 8% and 10% discounts applied to respective utility bills. I found the customer service agent to be polite, friendly and capable to investigate my query regarding NSW energy rebates. I highly recommend this company over the big names that currently dominate.

I responded to an advertisement on Facebook to buy a Bluetooth speaker. After charging my card I am instead signed to a supposed 'VIP' subscription from a bogus company in Limassol, Cyprus. No goods were sent. I cancelled this and secured my bank account. Today, almost two months later I now receive a supposed offer to refund the money charged ON CONDITION that I leave a untrue 4 or 5 Star review on Trust Pilot. They sent me a link and even suggested a complimentary title!!! Also they requested a screenshot of the submitted review. Obviously I will NOT do this deceitful request. I urge people NOT to use this company or respond to FAKE Facebook advertising. Or you will be SCAMMED like me. Let's see if I get my payment refunded now. I very much doubt it!!!

UPDATE:
I have been subsequently sent an email asking to delete my review if a refund was given. I refused. I then received another email claiming I have allegedly been refunded although my bank does not show any such credit. Also in that email I was again asked to delete this review. I am still refusing to do this as it is not only an honest review BUT it serves to alert others about how this dishonest company tried to manipulate their reviews to remove everything bad.

I was very happy with the Blu-ray recently received which arrived promptly to Australia. I would happily recommend this company to all fans of Gerry Anderson.

I just had the WORSE experience.
My mattress collection on Tues was cancelled by the driver after I waited at home for hours because van was full by my the time it arrived late in afternoon.

I phoned to complain and rebooked for Thursday. Delivery window allocated 1.30-4.30pm. I waited at home from 12 noon, watched the tracking progress and then it stopped moving totally. At about 4.45pm I called customer service again for an update. But they said the van had called at 1.10pm...!!! BUT I WAS HOME WAITING THE WHOLE AFTERNOON WITH NO RING ON DOOR BELL. They said they called my phone BUT no message left or missed call. They took a picture of our front door, but I don't think they even bothered to do anything else, unless they just lightly tapped the window. I was on high alert watching and waiting.

Now I'm left high and dry with my house completion/vacation looming in a week. I've wasted all week waiting on this useless service. I have asked for money back. I just cannot recommend this unreliable service to anybody. If you have a deadline, go elsewhere...

I would like to first of all say that the level of customer service is exemplary. Everything was done very quickly indeed. Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Parcelforce collected my box the very next day I requested VCC to send it.

I heard back with my appraisal the following Friday. I was a bit underwhelmed with the amount offered and although I didn't want my box returned, I did ask for a high value item to be returned which then reduced my cash payment by a substantial amount. However, I decided to accept the remaining offer. There was no pressure and I didn't want the whole box back again.

I would still recommend VCC as a convenient way to declutter quickly with a cash bonus. If you want more money you should sell your items online instead, with the added time taken and inconvenience this always entails. Yes I would use VCC again, but with a realistic expectation of the value offered.

I've always had a good experience with BHSF and would definitely recommend this health fund to anyone. Claiming online is very simple. Payments are always made quickly direct to my account.

I've been looking for a good quality Korean Ginseng for some time now. This has a higher effective dosage than most others, and it's in powder form in a capsule, not a hard tablet. Also no unecessary fillers add to the attractiveness of the product. I've been taking for a week now, and have noticed an increase in my swimming performance, faster recovery and less tiredness. I would recommend this product.
